Pizza Hut, Orlando FL

Definitely improved from back in the day. Delicious hot pizza. They messed up once and fixed it. The wait was a bit long wait to pick up, but overall extremely satisfied with the perfection of their pizza!

I order my food online. Like I do almost every Wednesday for boneless wings. Which aren't on sale anymore. I orded to Chickasaw Trail some how end up at Curry Ford and the manager cooking eating a piece of pizza I am extremely disappointed I spend al lot at pizza hut can't even give one star I am so mad

When I called tonight to modify my order, Becca answered professionally. She was very kind and attended to my every need in helping me with my order. Now that’s customer service! She’s awesome!

I’ve been waiting for my order for about 4 hours and still nothing. Worst Pizza Hut ever, it’s not the first time

Weekend seems like their under staff but overall customer service was professional and the food is fresh.

Great choice if you’re in the market for some food poisoning, diarrhea, and a potential trip to the hospital. Chicken arrived completely raw.

Everytime I order wings I get NO SAUCE. To make it worst I ordered cinnamon rolls no icing absolutely frustrating on a Friday night when the kids are looking forward to this.

Wow.this Pizza Hut is stepping up. Our pizza tonight looked like the pizza in the commercials! Real cheesy, hot and the old style pan crust is airy like it use to be! Absolutely delicious.thanks Rio Pinar Pizza Hut for putting pizza back on our dinner menu!

Store was excellent, but call center was not. They didn't offer me 3 products for $5 each and I spent $11 on personal pizza and breadsticks. I miss when back in the days you actually call the store and they would greet you with the current offers. Also, I heard the call center messes the orders for the store by saying deliveries are carry out that messes the waiting time of customers at home! Hey, lately employers don't care if employees work right or wrong, they don't fire. We need to get back to the easy way, you don't do your job correctly, you get fired. It is time that young people understand the value of having a job.

It was super delicious. I have had Pizza hut on my life but this Pizza hut I don't know why it is the best there is the manager is awesome in the staff is awesome thank you so much becca for making a wonderful Pizza

They took super long with my order, the pizza was super greasy and the marinara sauce tasted sour. I'm am so displeased.

It took them half an hour to bake a small personal pan pizza. They told me it was going to be 15 minutes and then made me wait for half an hour. Most of the time I order online and it is done when I get there but looks like whenever you order in store, you will have to wait longer than expected.

My pizza was delivered on time driver was nice the pizza was OK I had ordered garlic crust it was not delivered as requested

They are so rude especially the gurl who answered the phone, i was asking her some questions and just haded the phone to the Store Manager. He took over the phone call did not wanted to provide me with the girl’s name who had answered the phone (i will still contact corporate office) because i placed an order through ubber, and last minute when it was about to be picked up, it was cancelled. However no one offered to at least reorder my food, they did not seem to care! If i had placed an order or not, I was already waiting for the food since it said it was being prepared. It is not profesional from their part to treat costumers with actitud or not help with what i wanted to. Zero costumers service, Again they not even offer a delivery through them or anything. I will not order anymore from this store. (this is for whoever worked today 04/10/2019 @11pm

Ordered breadsticks with our pizza and it didn’t come with the sauce. I called and asked for it to be delivered and the employee said 1.5 hours. Really? Breadsticks are going to be hard and worthless in that time. Asked to make it a priority and it never showed. Called back twice with no results. The last call I was placed on eternal hold and this was never resolved. Never ordering Pizza Hut again.

Great food, terrible service. Everytime i go they’re missing something in my order, and ask me to wait while they cook it. I was told 15 min and i sit there waiting for almost 30 min, nobody acknowledge me, is like that everytime i go

The pizza was great and delivered on time. Best new years eve food I have had in a very long time. Best order from pizza hut in a long time I'd say.

I ordered today 2/26/2019. The pizza was dry and burn. The chicken was under cooked. The worst I have seen yet. This location was very good at one point. Now they just don’t care of the quality of their food and service.

They have pretty good takeout service. They always get my order right and everything. The problem is the pizza just isn't very good at all. Crust is too hard, they hardly give you any sauce, and the whole taste is just very bland. All I can taste is crust. Hungry Howies or Dominos pizza is better and it's the same price or cheaper.

Good service, however I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. There’s lots of black dirt build up in the corners of the floor. If the customer pick up area looks like this, what does the food prep area look like?
