26After a long day of being broke down in my semi I finally get a room and ordered food and was refused because I didn't have my credit card present. It worked for my room but not pizza I left my wallet in my truck and it's a long walk to the dealership I'll be contacting police if this isn't taken off my account
I just spent $40 on pizza only for it to be delivered to me under cooked. Don’t order from here. There’s an Italian restaurant not too far from this Pizza Hut. Order there. I only chose here because the delivery was a bit quicker
Delicious and fresh pizza. Ready in time. They have the best crust, soft and chewy, great buttery taste!
Never order from here.poor service, manager yells at customers like a nutcase, drivers are incompetent. I hope this store goes out of business. Worst one yet.
I love the new cinnamon rolls. Just as them to cook it a little more mine came out a little too doughy.
I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for the last few months and after last night I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again. For the last three weeks I've given the instructions "please call, don't knock" as I've been doing since I became a frequent customer. See, I typically order pizza late at night when I have people asleep in my home. And for the past three weeks each delivery driver ignored my instructions, even when they were printed clear as day on the receipt. I tried calling the manager and she told me that she would write instructions for me to be a "call only" customer and yet the delivery driver last night still rang my doorbell. And then even though he was looking dead at the receipt he tried lying to me that the instructions were not there, so I pointed right at them. But then it only got worse from there, I ordered one large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and instead I get two medium pizzas with the same toppings. The manager (a different one from the one I spoke to earlier) told me that they had run out of large pies at the time but the problem here is that he didn't bother calling me and asking if it was okay for him to change the order. He tried explaining that he was too busy to call me but if you ask me what he did was very unprofessional. Now on record the two mediums would have been the same for what I would have paid for a large but I didn't need nor want that much pizza. Nevertheless he told me he just received a shipment of large pies and I finally received it. At around 12: 50 am. Albeit the manager made it free, but the problem is I got it free for terrible service when I should have been paying for satisfactory service. Either way I'm through with this Pizza Hut.
