Pizza Hut, Kissimmee FL

They delivered my pizza an hour and half late and when I tried calling they would leave me on hold or transfer me to blank voicemail

Delivery time online said 6 hours so we decided to call instead and only got a recorded message. Placed a curbside pick up order online instead but no one came out to the cars that were waiting. Finally went inside and saw one worker chatting with a friend and others being busy doing nothing. An older woman finally came from the back and helped find my order. It was ok, except they forgot the bbq sauce on my pizza.

I literally waited 3 hours for my food and had to put it BACK IN THE OVEN when i received it. Never been more disappointed with my food.

I called because my pizza edges were burnt and they send another one in the same state. Both of them barely have cheese or sauce

I went to this location tonight and I have to say those workers were killing themselves swamped with orders. I hope whoever owns this place takes notice, although I know they won't. Maybe people will want to work for you if you pay better wages.

I like to eat at a restaurant. So I go to Pizza Hut. Unfortunately Pizza Hut does not care about their eat- in customers. They never offer any specials to us Only to on-line customers. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good.

Food was great. Customer service was awesome. Everything was fresh and we had a great time. The only issue was that the bathroom was not stocked properly.

The most disgusting pizza. We asked for well done and it’s like they purposely undercooked it. It was like eating slop. I know it’s Pizza Hut but dang they can at least cook it.

Food and trash on the restaurant floor, untidy and random employee uniforms. I wouldn't take my ex girlfriend here.

Waooo what a horrible and outdated place we ask for spaghetti and got a microwave pasta bowl also the pizza hardly had any cheese nothing like we are used to from other pizza hut locations.

Go anywhere else but here. There’s a Domino’s and Papa John’s right down the street they will not keep you on hold for 20 minutes and hang up. Gave up trying to call in order so I drove to the store. Asked for the manager and showed him the email coupon I received via email. All he could say was we don’t honor those and walked away. Last time I ordered from store they got my order wrong.finally giving up on this store. #worstpizzahutever

Our waitress was awesome! The food was delicious! Too bad I don't live around there anymore I would love to go back

When in doubt get the large pie. We're from New Jersey a medium pie a huge! But nope not here medium is like a small pie. We got a Thin N'crispy it was great.

Ordered food via uber eats. It was very tasty and arrived fairly quickly. Could have been a little shorter but it was fine really. Sauces were good. And pizza was yummy. Fries a bit soggy and average

I would rather give no stars because we didn't stay. Our party was seated and then we waited at least 10 minutes and still no server came to our table. Poor service equals no sale.

Pizza in this place was great but I don't know what happened and now it's terrible. I didn't like it. Service was good

Do not order from this place! Employee is not doing their job! I used to order from this location all the time, they even have my name and number stored in the system. But when I go pick up one day they told me I ordered from somewhere else. That’s impossible. They actually forgot my order. Can’t you just apologize for that? How funny? I have the number stored in my phone!

Very rude staff. Rushed service. Only two servers working in quite a busy store. Extremely rude when it came to settling out bill. Quibbling over payment of tip. Tip left on table - customary. Will not return

Reminded me of my Happy Childhood! Shame that there are very few of these dine in restaurants left.

Could be better manager loves to scream accross the room but other than that service was on point
