The cashier was amazing. Multi tasking and taking care of everyone with a smile. I believe her name was courtney. She deserves a raise.
The two large pizzas I ordered for pick up were hot out of the oven at the time promised, and delicious!
I would have given less than a star if i could have. My wife and I walked in the place (i won't call it a restaurant) at 815pm and the place was half empty. Four tables had not been cleared. We had to wait for 5 min before we were seated (luckily we were the only ones waiting to be seated). It took 5 min for a waitress to take our order. We never saw her again till the end of our experience. At 830 our drinks arrived. At 855pm i asked a male waiter walking by if our appetizer was ready. He came back a few minutes later with our mozzarella sticks, no plates no napkins and no marinara sauce. I asked him for saice which he brought a few minutes later. The sauce was watery. At 910pm we asked if our pizza was ready and miraculously it was. When it came i had to finally ask for plates and napkins. Not once did anyone ask us if everything was ok or how our experience was. I paid with a credit card and 5 minutes later i see the waiter taking an order at another table. I asked where my credit card was and he said in the kitchen with the manager. I informed him NEVER to leave a credit card unattended like that and to bring it to me immediately. When i complained to the manager, her response was " can i get you anything else? " really? How about asking, what can i do to make your next experience better? I blame the manager on this terrible experience. Not once did she walk the floor and her customer service is abhorrent at best. We are locals and will never return.
Really good pizzas and good prices, enjoy it everytime we come here. There is plenty of tables, they also have the delivery center here, so expect some wait. They could renovate the kitchen and not be kind of in the entrance but other than that is what you can expect from a Pizza Hut
