Plato's Closet, Coral Springs FL

Best Plato's closet i been too. This one is way better than bocas. At this location they offered me reasonable price for my clothing. The staff is great and will be returning.

The people are really nice and it's very clean in there, so organized, I definitely will be back

If you want to sell your clothes, sell it on OfferUp. Visited Coral Springs Location, ladies have no knowledge about fashion. Just like I read previous comment same thing happened to me. I brought new clothing, PINK, VS etc.they offered me $7 for two bags I mean seriously? On top of that they put my shirt underneath bags so if I said yes they would take shirt without letting me know. Definitely lost me as a customer

The new location is the nicest Platos I have seen. It feels like a boutique inside, clothing is well organized and easy to browse through. I highly recommend shopping here.

Please do NOT GO TO THIS ONE! Plantation location is alotttttt better I promise. The owner or manager is the rudest she had the nastiest face not friendly at all didn’t even ask “hey how are you doing today”. & they didn’t take any of my clothes which btw are brand new with tag. They said they couldn’t take the shirt because of the “bad condition”. I tried on a shirt in the store & it had a hole. I’ll post a picture of the shirt that was in “bad condition” I hope this helps lady’s

I had to edit & let you guys know plantation took all of my clothing & gave me $60

Was not really happy waited for an hour for them to check my cloths while waisting gas and everything and they only bought 1 thing.

Going through everything was a little overwhelming because there was SO MUCH! But it was a good collection of items.

I’ve been a frequent shopper of Plato’s Closet and I do enjoy the clothing and I’ve only been to the boca location however when I stepped in this location I was extremely disappointed poor customer service unfriendly staff behind counter will not be shopping here! Pls was don’t waste your money here

I was in such a rush to find my things that I was in luck to find it in this cute little place.very nice neat smelled good very super organized.fitting room was cleaned and smelled good.found exactly what I needed in less then 15mins.nice staff helpful.

If I could get this store negative stars I definitely would the assistant manager Phoenix was very rude to me I had the most horrific experience in the 27 years of living. I was told to leave the store and when asked why I was being kicked out of the store I was told that I broke policy when asked what policy I was breaking the assistant manager Phines did not have an answer for me and continue to call the police on me. He had no reason to call the police on me he said that i was eating in the store which was a complete lie.i will never return to this store and will contact corporate to follow up with this situation that I had to go through today. -5 star's

Not what they used to be, there is not enough of a quality selection of goods, I was disappointed both times I went in the year. I ended up spending less than $50. I used to willfully spend $300 minimally. Also, the quality has downgraded, I know it's because of the community selling the goods to the store, but I found better clothes at the closeby Goodwill. I'm very sad about the direction of Plato's Closet.

What an exceptional experience! This Plato’s has really outdone itself.whoever the new owner is has been working very hard to make this store everything it is today. Used to be in shambles and now it’s clean and so put together. I am so pleased with this location. Phineas and Kellie helped me and Phineas even went as far as carrying my heavy bags back out to my car for me. I found gorgeous items today and I couldn’t be happier! Just had to share.

They don't pay out fairly but they do have nice things for sale. I went with clothing and almost brand new Ugg boots and they gave me $18 in total, so.try to sell your expensive stuff somewhere else. But while they were look at my stuff I did look at what they have and it seemed in good condition and lots of new things with tags.

Some items were brand new. However, they would not accept them. They said they were not the latest fashion and was afraid that no one would buy them. Bran new.ok.

If only 0 stars was an option. I brought a big bag of clothes and they only took one item. I also brought brand new items that still have tags they wanted to give me a dollar for a 54.99 top! Do not go here this is foolishness and a waste of time

The 2 ladies working there today are the worst. Super lazy super rude they should be fired immediately. Extremely disappointed in platos closet whom I've always been a big fan of.

I’ve only been to the Boca store so I was a little unsure about going in but I must say wow this store has amazed me. The aisles were clean, the employees were great, and the merchandise was up to par, I will definitely be going back!

Manager didn't want to match a price on same jacket, same size, tags and everything. One priced 30, the other priced 25. Would rather lose a 55 sale than give up 5. SMH. Won't be back.

10 minutes prior to closing, they turned me away from selling my clothing, no explanation given, except we close at 6 pm. If you turn away a customer before the closing time, then why even have a closing time? Especially if the concept of the store is reselling gently used clothing - essentially they turned away business.

Very strict policy on exchanges. I was one day past 7 day and owner refused to exchange item. My fault yes, but frustrating when there is zero flexibility to work with customers. I won't shop there again.
