Plato's Closet, Coral Springs FL

Went there twice both times i brought my things and had to come back because they were backed up only to be told we're not taking certain things at this time i will never go there again some blonde told my daughter they didn't need her clothing anyway so will be going to the boca store

Horrible! What a waste of time. You wait forever and watch the workers stand there and talk and barely look through you’re bag. Unprofessional. Then they take nothing! I had brand new tags still attached and they just flew through everything. If I could give 1 Star I would. Take your things elsewhere!

I brought some name brand clothing to Plato's Closet to sell and was told to come back in one hour. When I went back there, they didn't want anything and told me "Unfortunately, we can't take anything because it won't sell well in the store". I was upset because my time was wasted. If I would've known they weren't interested in buying clothes I wouldn't have brought them.

I love this one! Everything is uber organized and the girls that work there are sweet! We go to coral springs just for this one! Gotta love the separated pink station!

This place is great! LOVE IT! Very friendly staff and you can find LOTS OF name brand clothes for extremely reasonable prices!

I love this store! Customer service is great I will continue to recommend to every one! Prices are wonderful and least expensive NICE clothing!

I have been visiting and shopping at this store for 5 years I always fine very nice shoes Nine West or Steve Madden, barely used sometimes even new; the new owner is very pleasant. The appearance of the store is very nice and organized. I understand sometimes they don't but everything the customers bring. They are being more selective with the clothes they purchase. The new staff is more courteous. I love to go to the different Plato's Closet (Naples, Melbourne, Miami).

I know that I used things but I do not think it's fair to buy some shoes for $ 40 and two days later they broke and can not be returned and with bad attitude bad customer service

I always buy and sell clothes here but it’s been Half yearsince I was there, I took clothes in, good brands and in perfect conditions, and they took 3 items only, the girls said that because of the new managment they don’t take a lot of things anymore, so i went through the store just to find out that everything is pricier than it use to be and still have styles that they supposedly dont buy from you anymore. You are a second hand store, not a Victoria secret or even Macy’s to charge that. It’s better if you wait for the deals of the mall stores for brand new things

Bought some merchandise for cash, and tried to return one of the items.and they told me that the only credit that they give is store credit. They said it states that on the receipt. Well, how would anyone know that before they made the purchase? There is no sign stating this when you purchase the goods. I truly believe that this borders on FRAUD. I'll use up my credit and then never step foot in any Plato's Closet again. Shame.shame.shame.

This is my second time and last time. I will give my stuff away to the shelters. I dropped my stuff of at 2: 44 pm they said wait an hour cane back they said wait another thirty minutes then once it was done they offered me $ 8.00. I was pissed. I told the girl to give me my stuff and keep her money. They don’t accept gently used nice things but junk they will. Last time for me. The stuff they sell is terrible and overpriced.

One of the workers just informed me that they don't clean shoes before selling them. Either that or she was lying because she seemed like she didn't want to help much. Regardless, that's absolutely disgusting.

Would not accept gently used clothes from name brand stores bought within 6 months, gave very little for ones accepted. The shoes they sell there are dirty nasty shoes and everything is overpriced

The store is great, you'll find some really cute looks here for summer and for back to school, the prices are great too and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Been to many Platos Closet across the country. This was the first where music with cussing played while shopping.

Great selection, amazingly low prices and since the ownership has changed the store store is very clean and organized.

I had a bunch of clothes I never wore, but were in good condition.
I didn't want to chase around a fair price for them or really do much work at all getting rid of them.

It's like Gamestop for clothes, you know you're probably getting fleeced but I really don't care to fight the clothing industry on this. They're a good service and they helped me clean out my wardrobe.

The new owner and staff are top notch along with an incredible selection of inventory of clothes/shoes. The store is so well organized and it's easy to find what you are looking for. I highly recommend this location above all of the others.
