I called Leslie in the accounting department. She was rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all!
I don't know how any company can allow such terrible customer service!
I guess they do not care!

A joke of a company, using the word “company” very loosely. Front office treats you like scum. The owner layers up instead of righting a wrong. Sue these hacks, this place should not be in business.

This property management has delayed the sale of our property two (2) times in the last 10 days. They are not responsive and do not care about their customers who have paid Homeowner Association fees for the past 12 years. The very people that pay their salary are their last priority. They did not answer the phone the first time. Did not want to solve our problem the second time. We finally reached someone who could help us the third time. But, we are not sure that it will happen today. I do not recommend anyone using this company for their property management needs.

They are a joke. The manager for my community, Bill, comes some time in the afternoon, some days. The office does not know when he'd be in. And then their excuse was he had more communities to work with. SO WHAT? ! Who cares? Yes, they are that stupid to say it!

Worst management company ever. 0 organization, terrible attitude, 0 responsiveness. Even 1 star is too generous.

My experience with Pointe Management has been extremely good for the past several years. As a Board Member of (2) developments, I felt they always had our association's best interest at heart. I like their honesty and good service. We receive personal attention whenever needed. Eric and his staff have always performed professionally.

This is a horrible group no people skills. Treat me like garbage looking for any reason to send you to their attorney so they can charge more fees. Eric the manage/owner is a complete unproffessional with no class. Dont use this company

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The office staff is inefficient, slow to return calls and rude. Look for another company if you are in search of a property management company that knows how to treat its clients.

Pointe Management, manages Manors 11 in Lauderhill Florida. When ever I have an issue or questions, it becomes a mission (simple questions take days). When you call the office they transfer you to the person who can answer your questions voice mail. They never call back or answer their e mails. When you finally get in touch they have an attitude and behave in an unprofessional manner. They don't take good care of the landscaping.among other things but charge a nice maintenance fee of over $500.00 a month. That they are very good in making sure gets paid. I do not suggest any body uses their services.if you have to deal with them because you have no choice.good luck and have LOTS of patience because your going to need it, for their horrible, unprofessional, poor service.

I wish there was a negative star I could give this company. Worst people and office I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company!
