Stood at the counter for 4 minutes before I was acknowledged by any of the 6 employees watching me stand there. No one was busy doing anything and the girl who finally came and asked for my order had a care less attitude. My chicken was over cooked, extremely dry and left over tasting. The dining room was a mess. The saucing island was dirty, unkept and some items empty. Very disappointed in tonight's visit.
We love Pollo Tropical and probably go once a week. It's good healthy food and the price is reasonable.
The order got something missing but overall a good place with good food. Manager was responsive.
It was like 3 months since I was there the last time I was eating there they change the menu the chicken it's bigger it's so tough the side dishes they are different the food sack now no more for me
