Pollo Tropical, Miami Gardens FL

I ordered the trio and my chicken and sausage was burned to a crisp. I was on my way to work so couldn't go back. I called and of course no answer. My first and last time going there.

So you wait 25 mins for burnt chicken in my quesadilla salad. They should of just said they don't want to take my order

I just ordered a large chopi chop and a few little pieces of chicken. Very disappointed! If traffic was not soo bad I would take it back.

Pick ups get 0 stars. Work both orders at the same time, pick ups and mobile orders. I keep rejecting deliveries from there because every time I go they try to finish all the orders from the people inside first and forget about mobile order or deliveries. Last delivery today I had to wait 20 minutes, because again they finish all the people in the line before taking care of my delivery.

I ordered a whole chicken, black beans, rice and corn. My chicken was burned on one side that was the 1st time I had that to happen to me at this location. Im not pleased with the fact that the employee thought it would be appropriate to sell this chicken instead of discarding it.

Not wrong anymore, sorry P. T. One more try, and surprise. Service couldn't be any more displeasant as it has become at most visited locations. Not to mention food quality and presentation. Discouraging to the most.
Minimal portions, at a maximum price.

Ever wonder what goes on in those company's executives and managers' minds when it comes to service, quality and value of their so much praised product?

So first of all. I love Pollo Tropical.but NOT this one! I dont know which is worse.the food quality or the customer service (or lack thereof)
We ordered our food, and the order was not completely fulfilled.they forgot the apple juice, the fork and the condiments.
I parked and went inside to get them, and altho the lobby was empty, it took 5mins.why because each time I tried to get the attention of the workers, I was ignored.one even had the nerve to wave me off.

Then I tasted the caesar salad, omg the chicken tasted so nasty.i ended up just eating the lettuce. What a waste of money.

The cashier, manager & food server was rude. I would think someone who's not from this country would be polite knowing what trump putting y'all through. Its not my fault u choose to work here. All that bad customer service over a promotion that u all is not honoring I thought Pollo tropical was better then this look like I'm wrong u guys starting to have the same customer service as McDonald's & burger king. TERRIBLE

Went thru drive thru at 12: 30 was told only bowls available no problem I order 1 white rice corn and chicken rice was like glue chicken raw and look at amount of food terrible service

On 02/24/2020 I went to order some food at the drive thru. As I pull up at the window this lady I believe her name is Alex which I asked and they said she’s the manager. I was so surprised and shocked the way her conduct was toward me, she had a TERRIBLE attitude because I was asking her that I wanted a meal without the drinks. She didn’t have the patience to talk to me where she made a horrible gesture with her hands, and rolled her eyes at me. I can’t believe a MANAGER! Would act inappropriate toward a customer. What kind of a leader is she, and what example can she provide to her team mates. This is my order # 262638 and the employee Antwan was nice and he tried to help me even though Alex the Manager was telling him to cut me off I can’t believe this!

The service was horrible, I order a quarter white with rice, beans and sweet corn.the chicken was burnt and dry my beans was water down I don't know if they had run out of something. When I went to the store to get my order replace the manager didn't even say he was sorry, all he said was ok your ticket number is 173 and walk away like I was lying or trying to get some free food. Never will I go back to that location

Beans were cold and white chicken meat was very dry. Dining room is filthy. There was one employee who was constantly cleaning up behind the patrons but one person is not enough. Sauce station was low on condiments. I think this will be my last time dining here.

After waiting in the drive through late night for 35min, I was told at the pickup window that they were taking cash only, no sign was ever posted to advise the customers. Also, the young female at the window had a bad attitude. The pollo tropical on 27th avenue across the street from walmart is great, I highly recommend it!

Very busy at all hours of the day they need to pay attention lo on to detail a few times they didnt get the order correct

This location was until recently, was one of the best and my favorite. Something changed. Food no longer has that flavor/quality, now replaced with pure sodium/salt. Often taste like the package it comes in. Been 2 months since my last visit, perhaps will revisit after another 4.

I have a bad experience on Biscayne Boulevard and I Pollo Tropical a pork sandwich and they try to sell me a very expensive

Resturant in Miami Gardens on 199St. Food is always cold, burnt and very small portion. The one on Pembroke Pines off of University is do much better.

On arrival they were busy, the line was very long. There was a young lady name Jada that took my orders outside by the drive through. Jada was very professional, polite, quick and knowledgeable. The cashier Shina was polite, professional and quick. The food was tasty and delicious. Thank you ladies and rest of the staff you helped please me and my family. Very good experience doing a busy time.

Affordable meals, on the healthier side of things. Had the tropichop for the first time it was awesome.
Customer service was good as well, the cashier gave detailed description of the meals we had questions about. Sauce stations can be kept a bit cleaner (some customers are extremely messy) but counters and floors were spotless. Seating area inside and outside so you have a choice to sit where ever you like. Highly recommended! I'll be back there soon for soon.

This is the second time I go there around 11 11-30 and they give me the chicken from the night before and you can tell us the chicken from the night before because it's really really dark and the meat is brown inside this is not fair and it is a bad practice and it can make somebody sick they do it every day this is something like their policies
