26Grilled chicken and many sauces are my favorites. Service is very well organized too so it goes fast.
Great food, went there after work around 11Pm
For a late dinner. The cashier was super nice but there was a woman name Erica she was super rude to us and she had a non-stop attitude like we were bothering her.
I always buy food here in any place, today I bought two big soups, but I guarantee you here in this place they put water, it tasted bad.
The cashier was rude she screwed up my order and barely spoke any English. I been to other Pollo tropical resteraunts and this place does not follow the codes and they give less portions and serve really old gross left overs. The chicken tasted like it was dried out and microwaved twice. This is not a real Pollo tropical. These people do not speak English I'm sure there work visa's have expired long ago and they are not American citizens or have any respect for America.
It's 700 pm on Saturday. No artificial sweetnet, no onions, no curry mustard sauce, no sweet tea. What the hell
Guy just said they are out. Some of them later appeared. They had more employees than guests. Just poor management and lazy follow up.
I go to Pollo Tropical at least 3 times a week. This is my favorite because of the way they present the food. Clean and organized. My fav PT by much!
