Pollo Tropical, Fort Myers FL

Lately the bowls are not what they used to be.if you go around 8pm there is literally scapes of dry chicken. I'm so upset! Wish they would say that they don't have any food left or something like that. I am never going back to the gulf coast location! Ridiculous

Only reason that I even go to pollo tropical is for the dressings really. Specifically asked the young man doing the drive through for as much cilantro garlic sauce he could give and he said 6. I figured he understood because he responded to me so I didn't check the bag. Not one sauce was in the bag not one. Completely ridiculous because this is every other time I go there. The steak is not good either.

Just did a curbside order of a large family meal of chicken and pork and a large order of yucca fries. I got home, and did not recieve the sweet plaintains that come with the meal nor the large order of yucca.

Please someone close this place down, what is the point of having a restaurant openthat does not have anything on the menu available at 6pm, like quite literally made me wait 30+ minutes in line, let me order and once i got to the window after a long wait they told me they had just ran out of everything, their words.like i underatand you want to give the whole cuban experience, but that is too much already, whoever runs this place needs to get a new profession.

Do not go to this pollo tropical. Ordered curbside delivery and no one picked up the phone after 3 phone call attempts. I gave up, put my mask on and walked to the front door and the door was locked so I began to think they were closed. Went through the drive through and the lady on the intercom was extremely rude and told me to just pull up to the window where she threw my bag at me with my food spilling out of the box. I checked my bag and was missing plantains. Advised the lady I was missing them and she told me they were out and did not want to refund me. I’ve had problems here in the past but with COVID it has gotten worse. I called customer care however they did not do anything about it and have not heard a follow up.

Great store the manager very attentive, I did a complaint about the quality on my last visit in Miami store, immediately she gave us some kind of compensation. I like to eat our meal there.

How hard is it to get an order correct with only 2 cars in the drive-thru? Ordered a lrg bowl, white rice, crispy ckn, onions l, and bacon. Recieved a small bowl, yellow rice, grilled ckn, blk bean and corn (did I mention I hate corn). And of course I couldn't take it back because I didn't notice till I was at work. Only reason I fave a 2 and not 1 is because this is the first time it has happened (although it shouldn't happen at all.). Sad.

Food cold, bathroom dirty, I was surprised the chicken was dry last time it was good everything else the same I try we won't be returning we tried

Seems like every time we go to this location it gets worse and worse. Went this past Sunday and tried to get two tropichops, only to be told they were out of white rice and corn. What the? The employees are always so unfriendly. I worked retail for 5 years, whenever I approach the drive thru window I say hi how are you. They never reply or just say good. I say thanks have a good day and they don’t say anything. Won’t be returning.

I was looking forward to going here but did I get what I was hoping for? No. First of all. The trash was overflowing. All three. The soda dispenser didn't have any drinks or ice and I saw 2 centipedes while I was there. 1 dead, 1 alive. The salsa bar was very messy and there was salsa all over the place. Bathroom didn't have soap or paper. Food was very tasty though. Would I recommend? The only thing I would recommend is the food. Maybe to-go next time.

Every time I come here expecting different results. The employees are always so unfriendly and the wait is terrible. Whether you go through drive thru or inside, just terrible service.

The service wasn't the best but that's only this pollo tropical. I waited in the drive thru forever and finally pulled out as soon as I had a chance and went inside ordered and then it took forever to get my food.

Gio was Amazing! He had an emergency catering order for 15 people ready for me within the hour! The day would have been a bust it if weren't for him! Thank you Gio for going above and beyond to help make our day a great success! The food was 5 as well as your service!

Foods great, reasonably priced but service has gone down hill. Employees standing around, incorrect orders, bathrooms are filthy and tables needs busing.

I must say, I've tasted many chickens in my life but if your looking for some MLG 360 no scope lit chicken, pollo tropical is the place.

I always like pollo tropical but look like this location is getting worse every time wend I come here for diner, the service is horrible we have to way so long for our food to be ready. It is a shame it used to be very good.

It's a good place for fast food when you want to get a quick chicken dinner that is tasty. Very clean and the manager there is super and so is the staff.

The absolute worst, food is always old and stale. The worst customer service skills ever and the employees do what they want. I have been coming to this pollo for years and this will be the last time. I will drive miles to the next Pollo before I give this location my money.

Had trouble communicating with the person behind the register. Food arrived and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Place appeared not very clean

Third time I have been and that's it! I will never come again. Line takes forever, food I want is never cooked. Service is terrible. I can barely understand the cashier and the food isn't that great. I gave them 3 chances and now I am done. Save yourself the head ache and just go somewhere else.
