Pollo Tropical, Fort Myers FL

Chicken was made just the way I love grilled chicken cooked all the way. Some other restaurants under cook the chicken and that was not the case here. This restaurant was also clean.

Last month went to buy a take-out dinner at 6pm, no chicken available. Was told to come back in 30 minutes.this is a chicken restaurant right! Had pizza that time.
Today ordered a half chicken dinner and got two dried out & burned to a crisp breasts with necks and wings attached. Most inedible and went into the trash.
The management at this restaurant can do a lot better.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would the customer service is horrible they're badly understaffed and unsanitary, nobody in the restaurant was wearing gloves while preparing the food and the wait was ridiculously long to order a simple meal. Out of everyone in that restaurant there was only one young man who seen to have proper customer service skills and that was the young man at the register taking orders, I wish I knew his name but I don't management knows who he is kudos to you young man. Also the manager I think his name was Gio he seemed to have a sincere concern he acknowledged the fact that they were understaffed and he was very apologetic needless to say his store could use a little retraining. I've never paid for bad service and I will never do it again because will never visit that location again

Ordered food. 45 minutes later, 9 people after us got their food before us, when we went back to ask about our food they claimed it wasn't ordered even though they charged our card. I loved this place but I'm never going back. The manager was there and hid in the back after acknowdging and apologizing for our wait time. Never got our food so we left. Poor poor organization in this establishment.
