Pollo Tropical, Pompano Beach FL

I went to this location on 7/6/2021, they had a lot of business and 90% of the workers were casually working without urgency except for one man named william went out of his way to multi task his way to keep customers attended to and keep the food production moving.he was an all star amongst mediocrity!

They gave me a tropichop in a container made out of paper ripped inside my car all over my clothes. To make things worst i found three little sharp bones. Worst location plus super slow.

Ordered online.supposed to be ready at 2: 02. I'm still waiting at 2: 40. It just shouldn't take so long for a salad and a quarter chicken with rice and beans. Give me a break Pollo, you should be able to do better! And this isn't the 1st time it has happened at this location and also the location on Atlantic pitiful!

Food is always amazing but don’t expect it to be quick, as it usually takes anywhere from 10-15mins to reduce your food.

Julie is the best employee they have very hard worker on drive threw an on the line.send her a lot of blessings.

Line both inside and out too long a wait. I left and went to Chick fill a where they had people taking orders outside as you pulled into drive thru. Very efficient. In and out.

The manager needs to be re-evaluated. I went to pick up an order earlier, and she began yelling at me when I told her the pick up name. And i quote, “YOUR SUPPOSED TO COME INSIDE YOU DON’T KNOW THAT”. If I was aware I wouldn’t have picked it up thru the drive thru. Normally its okay for me to pick it up there and I also wouldn’t mind moving. But i am not your child so for you to yell for something this minor shows you lack empathy and professionalism.

This is by far the WORST Pollo Tropical I have been to in Florida. I have tolerated the long wait times at the drive-thru more than once only to be served mediocre food but yesterday added a dangerous element to my dining experience-If you decide to eat here you are putting your health at risk as I got a severe case of food poisoning from a Chicken TropiChop Bowl. There is no doubt that the food/chicken was contaminated undercooked, mishandled whatever as I got violently sick right after eating it and it is still not completely out of my system. It was Either Salmonella or E-Coli for sure. You've been warned So Eat here at your own risk -What a nightmare as I am still feeling the nasty effects today!

Dude at the window gave me black beans and rice and I asked for macaroni and cheese. Im still confused on the mix up

I was at this location and I order one of the new Cuban sandwich and fry plantain.
Went a get to the window I so a person fixing a sandwich with a gloves, he use same gloves to receive money. This is very vad for a business and is disgusting to me

This is the worst Pollo Tropical ever. They give you old, burnt, re-fried chicken. I can't believe that a manager would allow this. I went to return my food and the manager did not even look to open the box of food to check it out. She did not even ask, "Whats wrong with it? ", in which a typical manager would ask, when a customer asks for a refund. She took it and went in the back and threw it away and refunded me the money. Because she knew that her workers have been serving people trash to eat? Pollo Tropical should fire this manager and shut this place down for the type of food that they are serving people at this place.

Food is good, SERVICE is terrible. 30 minutes drive trough and no customer inside the restaurant. I think they having fun making you wait in line: (

Food and service were good, but the whole dining area was messy and not cleaned. We were there about an hour after opening on Thursday. So no excuse for this.

Fast food chicken. It was actually good for a quick chicken. Service was great. Price was decent. Place was clean.

Great place to eat in! But the drive trough crew keep forgetting to deliver the whole order. I was just there and my black beans is missing

I can't believe I've never gone here before. I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend the fried yuca and the cilantro garlic sauce-so amazing I'd drink it if that wasn't weird. All the sauces are amazing; another customer had filled up half a dozen little containers with them and I don't blame her. And free WiFi is always a plus.

I went to polo Trapical right? Well they always have tiny Polo! That means chicken if you didn't know: P

My only complaint is they down cut down the meat enough in the troppi chops EVER. Friendly staff.quick.delicious

Drive trough always 30 minutes, waiting and you go in few clients! They are very slow and unorganized. Customer service ZERO. You have to ask and make sure chicken is cooked:).

Horrible! The girl's were all laughing and joking around about pretending the drive thru radio was broken. We waited in line for a half hour! I bet that store manager is proud of her employees! Great way to loose business!
