Went through the drive thru, female at the window barely spoke and never said thank you and when I thanked her I got no response. Food was ok.
Girl at the front tonight was pretty rude. Friend simply asked what come on a tropichop and she stared at him and said "you never had a tropichop before? " Also sarcastic with other questions. Not a pleasant experience

By far the worst drive thru of all of the Pollos! I work close by and go to this location 2-3 times a week. Always takes forever, 10-20 minutes wait, my order always has something missing. They put lots of rice on my chicken bow and a few pieces of chicken, basically I pay for rice and beans only! If you go on the drive thru make sure you check your order before you leave.
Food tastes like every other Pollo Tropical. The wait time is frequently long, and the location often smells like dirty mop water. I tend to only use the drive thru when I go here.
Food is good but you always have to check your order for screw ups. Service is real slow if there busy.
