I just watch a worker come from the back and took a piece of chicken with his own hands from up front and went right back to the back with like he is about to eat. That is unsatisfactory

Food was hot and great as always. Got through the drive thru quickly. Staff was nice and order was correct.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the food was decent. The staff is TERRIBLE. They are unfriendly and they act like they don't want to be there. There's no thank or have a nice day.

I don't understand why they keep giving out cold chicken and fries? I just went there Thursday morning after they just opened and still got old food

4th of July 12 mins before 10pm manger Andre (the name he gave) I place a order for 8 wings spicy they didn’t have nor would he make them fresh I place a order for 5 chicken tender he said they out he wouldn’t even cook them told me he closing and trying to go home it a holiday I get that but when your closing time say 10pm that means 10pm not 9: 46 or 9: 50pm disappointment if people don’t like their job or want to work then give someone else the opportunity I’m sure Kathy or Angie even the corporate office wouldn't approve this… guess I’ll reach out to corporate

The chicken has actually gotten smaller.
Love the taste of burnt grease in my fried chicken.
I blame management.

I door dash on the side and Andre was in there short staffed and this man was running circles around those younger kids. He has always went above and beyond every time I have been there. The easiest Popeyes restaurant in town to dash from thanks to Andre.

Spent $40 on chicken they got the whole order wrong. Girl taking my order had a whole attitude sounding like she was smacking on gum.

Mistake on my Order from drive thru. But they made it Right when I went inside to have it corrected!

Ordered a 8 piece meal. Got five thighs. 1 drum stick. 2 breast. Wasn't happy. The fries were cold. Was really not happy

This place is a joke. Went thru drive thru cant understand the person on the speaker first of all asked for fresh food and was told they had fresh tenders ready. Not what I asked for went to window and the girl picked up tenders with bare hands
Asked for manager and he said the employee used tongs when I saw myself. Never coming back and will call corporate.

I have 2 go to Popeye’s this is one of them. Staff is friendly, professional and the chicken is always hot

There is always something wrong with this location. From the speaker not working in the drive thru, water streaming out of ceiling while raining, menu TVs not, to today ordered a 5-piece tender with red beans and rice and received a 3-piece with fries. This location can NEVER get it right.

Wow. Fast service, friendly employees and great meals! Thank you to the man in blue and the young woman operating night shift 5/29, y'all are speedy quick and seriously awesome!

They were rude and very Verbally abusive towards each other. Not to mention it took them 4 minutes to hand me the food, when In fact to the food was sitting near the window after a lady threw it down.

OMG the staff treated me so well. They were really nice. I’m very glad for the help the ladies working there gave me tonight. Thank you so much.

We normally try not to eat the National Chains but for a dependable Restaurant that offers good food at competitive prices, we like to eat at. We ordered take out and our bill came to $ 30.

They always forget something when you are going through the drive through window. Not once but almost everytime. No use in talk to them because all they will do is apologize and do nothing about making changes in the future. We work hard for the money we come spend and it seems it doesn't matter to them.

Always and I mean every time, they get my order wrong in the drive thru. Other than that, good friend chicken.

Sadly, I am not going back to this location. It smelled terrible, there were so many flies it was gross and the staff wasn't that nice at all.
