32I like the fact that the chicken is fresh, juice and no dry, just there are some employees no so nice.
Love popeyes but our last visit wasn't the greatest. When the cashier was waiting on us to order, he got out his phone and started texting. He didn't try to do it secretly either, he acted like he wasn't even an employee. When we were ready, we moved closer to the counter but he still kept his phone out and ignored the fact we were ready to order. We left without ordering and went elsewhere. Even though we had a bad experience that day, we have had good ones too but haven't been back since.
Food is good. Employees are more worried about other stuff than making sure drive thru is taken care of
Always great service and freindly staff. Love the Cajun rice and red beans and rice. Biscuits are fantastic!
I was kinda disappointed this time around. Never have been disappointed at this location. They gave me the last pieces of the batch and they were over saturated in grease.
Very polite and pretty on the spot but it is fast food so that's why it doesn't get five stars other than that everybody was good
Was visiting on vacation from Bmore had to get some Popeyes.the staff was awesome the weekend of Jan 14th. Only thing I was surprised about is that they didn't serve onion rings like we do at home.but I still "Love that chicken from Popeyes"
Best Popeye's I've been to in Pensacola. Hands down. Quick service and absolutely delicious chicken! Won't go to another Popeye's. Nom nom nom.
They took forever and a day to get me my food but it was worth it! I ain't never been so happy to be hungry ever in my life and so thankful for some chicken and red beans and rice with that soft biscuit. It was like a symphony in my mouth. Imma shop with them all the time!
The staff I encountered here aren't friendly at all. However the service was fast, and food quality was wonderful. The inside and outside of this establishment is clean
Customer service here is excellent, along with the food and environment. On a side note, if you're thinking about going to the Navy Blvd Popeyes, don't. Come here instead.
