Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Orange Park FL

I find myself coming here a few times a year hoping they'll step it up & get it right. Hasn't happened yet. The food is usually fresh, but the service is ALWAYS and I do mean EVERY SINGLE VISIT IS TERRIBLE. They are rude, slow (mentally & physically) and smash the food into the containers & bags like they're the last ones. Don't bother calling to do the survey on the receipt. The number doesn't work. Don't bother calling the store either. No one EVER answered when I've called.

4 cars in front of me and I waited almost 45 minutes. Told fries were in the box with the chicken but that wasn't true. Disappointing visit.

I wanted to try the chicken sandwich that was.all over the news for being so wonderful. I could not taste the chicken the sandwich had what seem to be 1/3 jar of mayonnaise dump on it. That was terribly gross. Who in the world wants so much mayo on one sandwich that you can taste nothing but mayo. YUCK is all i can say.they can have it.

Bought two spice chicken sandwiches tonight straight up nasty, I'm trying to figure out what people are talking about. There is nothing and I repeat nothing, good or special about these sandwiches. The chicken had no flavor at all, maybe it is this location. So can anyone direct me in the right location for a good spicy chicken sandwich? And to make things worst there was hair on the chicken. I think that is a straight rresult of management. Nasty just straight nasty.

A bit more crunchy than other Popeyes, the staff was good they offered information we didn't know and great customer service.

First time here, and it was delicious! Definitely going to be my go-to for chicken and biscuits!

This place is a disgrace to the Popeyes name. They can’t learn how to serve fresh food even after waiting 10-15 minutes in line learn how to cook the food correctly if your gonna work there a lot of people need to be fired the food is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS trash

Food is good, but the service is always incredibly bad. Everybody is very rude and I hate dealing with them.

Ordered the family dinner 3 breast, 3 legs, 3 wings and 3 thighs. What I got was 6 wings, 1 breast, 3 legs and 2 thighs. Called after I opened the box and I know that they took the phone off of the hook because of the problems at this location and being Christmas eve. I paid $31 plus change and the same meal is advertised online for $24. What a rip off. Going up Saturday to complain about the product and the difference in price.

Our order wasn't right when we got home but the manager on duty not only made it right but he also included a half gallon of sweet tea for the inconvenience

The drive thru people are some of the most rudest people I have ever talked to.will never get my business again

Great chicken, way better than KFC. Gotta check your order before you leave to, they get busy and sometimes forget items.

One of my favorite places to eat. This location, the one on San Jose, on University and Merrill edge area not the one University and Terry area, and the one on Atlantic are the best Popeyes and the only ones I eat at.

The chicken is always cold and the last 3 times I've gone there I end up at home with missing chicken.

Their managers need better people skills.they are very rude to employees and customers the store manager Laura and a shift manager Christy. I've never seen anything like this before I will never go back.this is a bad place due to the rudeness

Ordered 3 times & order was wrong.could not eat the last piece of chicken because it had no meat on it, just bone, gristle & batter.red beans & rice has less flavor than the popeyes on normandy & fouracre which has a faster drive thru.no cars stacked up past the window.waiting.their crew is a TEAM!

I'm fairly new to the popeyes experience but this location fell below expectations. I went during the lunch rush and was still served cold chicken. Maybe spicy tenders aren't popular but id rather wait for fresh pieces rather than cold soggy pieces anyday. I'd recommend finding the next location if possible.

Love this place and the chicken. If there is any problem at all, the GM makes it right immediately. Place is clean and the employees very friendly.i complain eerytime i go in there. Not because anything is wrong but just so I can talk with the Manager. She's a hottie.

Lousy. Cold fries. Just unappetizing. Why even call four tablespoons of white rice on top of HALF a tablespoon of red beans A SIDE? I threw the whole thing in the GARAGE. Cost us $26 for two IDIOTS to buy fried chicken there too. I could have had table service and a steak dinner elsewhere. Totally dissatisfied. Chicken portion size was too small. WAY WAY WAY over priced.

This place is always busy at lunch time. May take a few minutes to get your order, but worth the wait.
