Food is always great, service is not. Been there twice in the past 6 months and same situation. They are not organized and have staff that is not exactlet on good terms with each other. Needs better management.

Chicken was ok but over cooked dried out in some parts. Hard getting to the location due to traffic pattern. I wont be going to this location ever again.

This Popeyes never gets the order right. This time, not only did the order get recorded wrong, even after repeating it twice, but my biscuits were not given to me.

My mom, sister, and a few of the ladies met for a Valentine's dinner. Where you were met with valet parking and only had to wait a few minutes for our table. We did make reservations in advance. I enjoyed crab cakes, greens, spinach, seasonal veggies and chocolate berry cheese cake. Oh, and a Patron margarita. All was simply delightful!

Showed up at 6 pm to grab dinner. Asked for a 10 piece box, mild, dark meat. Was told i can’t get a 10 piece box of dark meat. Really? I only get it every time I come. Had to drive 20 minutes one way out of my way to grab dinner. This restaurant doesn’t really want customers.especially allowing the employees to lick their fingers to open the plastic bags. I’ll find somewhere else to grab food from now on. I would suggest everyone else do the same.

I have a deep concern for this location it seems the workers there have a memory of a gold fish. Also it's worth mentioning that you need to make sure they can count because obviously they can't, and don't pay with a card they held mine back there for a hot minute long enough to steal my card info don't go here

Please change the store hours

Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 10am to 10pm

Friday Saturday 10am to 11pm

Lucas is a very rude manager who does not need to a manager. He has no customer skills at all. Very rude and unpleasant. I WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN. This place should just close down. Chicken is ALWAYS OLD AND NEVER FRESH. THE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE. With a manager like that I wouldnt care either about working. One of the staff then told me if I always come around this time my chicken will ALWAYS be cold due to shift change? Really? First of all, who even tells a paying customer information like that. Keep that to yourself as well as your apology that I NEVER received. The staff looks sloppy and are always smoking cigarettes. Just disgusting place overall. I wouldn't even drink tea from here looking at the tea urns. This place is just a disgrace. The irony is 103 pop eyes actually is better than this location. I recommend the whole staff including management be retrained. Good Luck on this store because by the looks of it it wont be lasting very long. Wing Stop just opened next door I bet they will love new customers.

Horrible service, the morbidly obsese guy named Terral won't take your order in drive-thru if your white.

Took too long to take the order from the speaker in drive through, took too long acknowledge us once we reached the window meanwhile she was laughing and joking around with her fellow associates also while rocking a huge hickie and didn't give us our sauce after we already asked twice and we had to get the manager on duty to give us the sauce.

These people have ZERO organization. There was maybe six people standing around but they couldnt get it together. My last visit I paid and almost 5 seconds after that I hear the girl say “I dont know what they ordered” andask me for my recipt. There was only one other person in line which made this worse. At least the chicken was fresh. I guess.

I was wondering about my order and after checking my ticket it was 10 minutes after I ordered that they said sorry we are dropping them now.now? So they offered an apple pie which was declined.the place was empty.

Service sucks ignored indoor diners before the hurricane to tale care of drive thru.
Never went back never will.

Seems funny that I’m not the only one that has been told the store closes at 10 when everywhere including the door says 11 and an enployee can answer the phone “after hours” lol give me a break
