To crowded, employees crowded no room for movement, I asked for 8 piece, I was charged 27 dollars, it not even worth the trip

Very rude and uncoordinated. Once ordered from here and the employees were joking around and served me a cold burger. Would not recommend to anyone and would give no stars if I could. Don’t understand why they are still operating.

This location is a SCAM. I ordered through their app and it was delivery by DoorDash as per selection. The chicken was old and fried in dirty fish oil.
I am allergic to fish. The fries were old and mushed. I called withing 10 minutes of delivery they never answered the phone. I call 3 consecutive days no one answer. I called the 800 and then the next day the manager by the name of Tasha called to tell me they dont refund money and I should contact DoorDash. DoorDash will not refund my money, they said Popeyes charge my CC. I have been trying to contact someone in corportate just because, this people are scaming the customers. I spend 30 plus tip for something I did not consume. I will report it to the BBB and also called chanel 6 since I was reading that there are many people with the same problem. They are taking advantage of this crisis to scam people by not answering the phones and giving the round around.

Poor customer service with lots of attitude. I wanted to order a shrimp meal and asked if the shrimp was deveined and the Manager Shalonda had no idea and made no effort to find out.

I went to dinner with my family, we are from Argentina, we took a photo of ourselves at the place eating and they made us with the police! Crazy! I never felt so much discrimination and lack of common sense! For taking a photo! Shame the bad moment we had, I will never go to these places

I order Uber eats they didn’t add my extra fries I order and my sauces I ask for other than that the food was good.

Chicken is good but bad service you over there deal with the employees that will cuss you out for no reason especially that fat one lady she needs to get fired ASAP because I went there the other day I was getting ready to hurt her nah let me stop playing but I just gave her a piece of my mind.

Coustomer service =0 cashier was tired and we had to repeat our order many times and she was still confused.not enough people are working there.slowest and worst customer service ever.

Your service is too slow very unprofessional staff I would not advise anyone to go to that Popeyes on 7th Avenue the cleaning of the store could be better I think overall they need better training. This place needs a makeover in the inside. They need a class in professionalism, humbleness, and anger management everyone there seems to be so angry

I was scare, I was with my wife and the kind of people that I saw there and the store itself with bullet proof glass was not a great experience

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Their service is outrageously bd and extremely slow and yet they still manage to give you under cooked food. I’m recovering from the Stomach Flu as we speak from eating their food. Ugh. They need to close this branch down. I have NEVER had a good experience here and this stomach virus was the last straw.

Cheat you out your food and too high. They cut they chicken in half and sell you half of pieces of chicken for your order not right at all

Worst Popeyes ever they need a whole staff from Management to Employees there always rude and always got attitude

They are veryyyyy rude and the cashier and window cashier need to be working in the back with the fryers

When inside because the drive thru was long. The wait inside was longer. Cars in the drive thru ordering after me placing my order received their food before me. Cashier was polite and courtesy but slow.

I've always received excellent service here. The service was fast and the cashier was very polite and courteous. I used the restroom while I was there the last time and it was clean, which is super important to me.
