27The chicken is very good, but get it to go. Bad neighborhood. They have the cashiers behind a plexiglass cage. My wife wouldn't take her eyes off the car.
Horrible place, it took ages to get the food, the drink had a strong chlorine taste. Very unfriendly service.
The wait is unbelievable, and the manager and the workers are rude, and this behavior is all the time, it could be just two customers and you still have a long wait and the drive thru is the same cars be line up on the side and they always telling you to back up and pull back, it needs someone from higher up to come to this store location and fix this, very bad management. Or close it down.
Popeyes chicken is very fresh and hot when you buy a box of there famous chicken, shrimp, fries and etc.
The Food is fresh but the people who serve it make you dont want to ever come back long wait time and on top of that they make you back up your car so they can cheat timer.
We loved the taste of the chicken, very crunchy and fresh. Quick friendly service. Nice sides to choose from. We would go back again the next time we visit Miami.
Tired of receiving chicken that is not fresh or overcooked. Maybe management does not care about the customers or is not supervising the staff. Stop asking customers to back up in the drive thru. This location is giving Popeyes a bad name.
