36(Lenore Schrager). Nice guys, hard workers, respectful, courteous, explained what my maintenance would be and professional.
47 years in business lying to customers. They fix your problem and break something else so you're forced to call them again. They hate hearing the truth that they're all liars so when they see a review of how big liars they are they delete the review because they don't want their customers to know how truly dishonest and untrustworthy they really are.
My microwave broke. I have a service contract with Pride It was 8 days before the earliest appointment, I was told it was not an emergency. A couple of weeks later the microwave failed again. 8 days or more without a microwave is not cool.
Liars. Terrible service. I should have pay attention to all the negative reviews. Stay away from this company.
I have had a service contract from Pride in a rental property for a few years. Never have to use it until now.
A tech came and told my tenants the water heater needs to be replace. Fine. I called Pride to give my approval to be told the plumber Andrew have reach out to me twice and that he left a voice message. Total lie, I never received a call or a voice message.
I called in three different occasions and was told every time that someone from the plumbing department needs to talk to me first before proceeding and that they will return my call within the day. I am still waiting to get a call from Pride. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. No resolution yet.
I will need to hire another company since having a service contract from Pride proved a total waste of money and time.
They trained the customer service department well to deflect complains but at the end nothing is solved.
Not worth the aggravation. No point on having a service company if you are not able to use it.
I wish I could give zero stars. Our AC broke and we called as it is urgent - we have 3 small children. The rude answering service picked up and said they couldn’t guarantee someone would call us back. No one ever did. We called back and were told we couldn’t be helped today because it’s Sunday. Complete waste of a company. What’s the point if they can’t help during emergencies? Calling to cancel my contract on a weekday since they don’t work on emergencies during weekends. Complete embarrassment.
I have used Pride more than 10 years and I am always satisfied with their service. This time Pride sent Michael Blanco the appliance tech and I was so happy that he was so professional and competent. MR. Blanco calmed my fears that the dishwasher problem could be fixed. And, he fixed it quickly. Pride has been a good, but it is more important that they have expert service pros who are so helpful to senior citizens and treat them with respect.
Whenever I call Pride, I am able to get an appointment same or next day.the service folks are pleasant and knowledgeable and Michele Gayot is extremely accommodating.she's helped me out with a couple of issues. I have a service contract with them and I do recommend Pride
The tecnitian introduces him self, I just told him a little bit about the problem and he went right to the problem, did great job and very clean leaving without any mess, rightly recommended, if I use pride again I will defenetly ask for Rodrigo.
I have been a customer of Pride for a few years and have needed to call them several times when I had issues with my air conditioning. I also contracted with them to fix a plumbing issue and they did a great job. They are always prompt with their response and service. Recently I called regarding my annual maintenance contract and spoke with Gekisha. She was very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with Pride's customer service.
Both men who came to my house were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The part was ordered promptly and done the next day.
The scheduler was able to work with me time wise. A very good experience.
My family has used Pride’s services for a couple of years, Michele Gayot, is the “go to” representative and offers excellent customer service. I too, have now become a customer! Thankful I made the choice.

I am in the process of researching contracts for repair services. I was very impressed with Gekisha at Pride. Her helpful professionalism and friendly candor were above and beyond. Because of her information and manner of dealing with a potential customer, I am seriously considering changing my service provider. Kudos Pride on having such wonderful employees!

I have problem with my A/C unit, I called Pride and they send ther technician Rodrigo and he was able to resolve the problem very quick, he was very polite and professional with his service. Definitely will use this company again.

I've been a user of Pride services for over 15 years for a/c, appliance and plumbing and have found the company and its employees to be knowledgeable and courteous. Today I spoke with Gekisha a customer service rep in the billing area who understood my issues and answered all my questions quickly and accurately.
