Rodrigo was the best air technician that helped us with our air conditioner during these hot summer days in Florida. He came promptly and did a marvelous job fixing it. I recommend Rodrigo highly!

Although it was a very simple and brief issue I had to take care of, your representative, Gekisha Smith, made it a pleasant encounter. She was professional, brief but not hurried, and she had a pleasant phone demeanor (if that's even a thing). Her attitude made me reconsider bringing my accounts back to Pride.
