I will share the good and the bad, the good is finding the home and moving process was fast and easy and they were very friendly. Once we moved in two months later issues everywhere they send technicians etc but I don’t think it’s fair that this house was not even insulated our house is a hot box and my electric bill is goin sky high this month almost 250 dollar never I had a electric bill this high. Don’t know how this house past inspection! Well I tried to contact them to see can I get credit for this well no one is reaching out to me now this sucks it’s summer time and I leave in a hot box. Now my son room carpet is soaked with water he can’t even sleep in his room they sent someone and it maybe a leak under the house (pipes busted or something). Should I have to pay for a higher light bill and water bill? I don’t know what to do anymore.

This place should be put out of business. Period. Highlights from out laundry list of complaints: They have charged us outrageously for things such as a renters insurance exemption for months now, despite the fact that we provided proof of our own insurance upon application (over six months ago) and have refused to offer a refund or stop charging us. Instead, they're playing dumb acting like we haven't sent anything (despite the fact we have PROOF of confirmation from them. Not to mention all of the other hidden fees that are mentioned nowhere in the contract. Also, come to find out, there are rats in the attic and walls that are eating apart the roof and A/C vents, which have made my fiance and I ill. Florida Pest Control confirmed that they've been there since before we moved in. What does Progress care to do about it? Nothing. We threaten to sue, and they say "Go ahead. " No ethics whatsoever.

Customer service sucks, they will make you pay for anything everything out of pocket. It’s a never ending goose chase to get things fixed properly. They don’t care about their tenants, all they want is money being put into poorly made homes.

Literally the worst experience. Hidden fees, hidden wordage on there lease applying special rules, more hidden fees. The floors would leak water that took weeks to fix from plumbing issues before we moved in. Thought my lease was up and gave a normal 30 day notice. They stated that under my Renewal section of the lease it says residents may terminate this lease by given a 60 day written notice. I got a call stating that because I did not specify this that I need to pay a extra month and a 250 dollar fee on-top of that of my rent. How does MAY turn into the word must and its not even in the correct section. I had plumbing issues with a toilet leaking that took months to get fixed and they tried blaming the bill on me for there cheap service to not get the job fixed Correctly! They also lied about the house being brand new. Asked the neighbor and they said there was another family in the home prior.

Our home was ready and looked wonderful. The a/c acted up a week later and they had someone out right away and it was fixed.
