Back in 12/2020 I had a contractor with the name of Gary come to my house from promag energy group. He told me to pay him up front and left to go get heat strip. He never returned. I called him, then he laughed and hung up on me. I contacted his manager, James Harris. James told me he would work with me to get this man prosecuted and give me my refund back. A few weeks later, I asked James Harris about the refund he told me I was getting back. Harris hung up the phone on me then blocked me. I lost $309.00 from putting trust in a contractor and company to perform their work. I still haven’t gotten a call back from company, as they are doing nothing in resolving issue and prosecuting Gary. I still hope to get a call from promag energy group company in regards to my full $309.00 refund.

In July of 2019 I had a 5 ton unit installed by Pro Mag
In Dec of 2020 I called them complaining of a foul odor
I was blown off telling me it’s probably nothing
and it would be $110 for a service call to come out
I thought it should’ve been complimentary
So I refused
In February of 2021 I had a problem with system
In which the fan continued to run even when the system was off
So I had them come out agreeing to the $110 charge
James was the technician
Once he started to diagnose the system he immediately noticed the heating element was on during the cooling mode
He realized the system was incorrectly wired causing the heating element to stay on which caused the fan to malfunction
He notified his company and spoke with his supervisor named Jeff and told him of wiring problem and what needed to be done
James rewired the unit which corrected the problem
While he was correcting the issue he was explaining to what exactly what was wrong
He also told me the odor was from the heating element being on during the cooling cycle
He also told me that my energy bill will be lower
So I called pro mag to speak with Jeff for a refund of the service charge
Jeff informed me that James is a new employee very inexperienced and misspoke when he told me those things
Jeff told me a had a totally different problem and that’s why the $110 will not be refunded
I personally saw James rewire my system as he explained the problem
I heard the telephone conversation between James and Jeff where James told Jeff the system was originally wired incorrectly
I can’t believe Jeff would lie to me and also trash an excellent employee just to avoid giving me a refund
I am very unhappy with this company
And want my money back

Angle & German did a great jobfrom they time the came they where right on point none stop I must say I'm very pleased with the work the did awesome guys & also thxs for your serviced God bless I would recommend Angle & German anytime

Don't leave a positive review for a discount! Don't buy a service plan with them because they will still charge you for a service call if they have to come out. The "owner" said it was my fault using a Nest thermostat because they want to sell a Honeywell. Call another company that cares. These people will call you every month to come out to try to sell another service.

Be careful with the guy named Fred! He called me liar about verifying the service call which I did. I have two phone outgoing calls to them. Is this how you treat a veteran. Other than Fred the service call number was great and responsive.

Luis and David were great. They repaired our heat kit and replaced our thermostat in a couple of hours. Luis was especially helpful and friendly and they even taped up some of the holes in the duct work, just to help us out. Our initial technician who performed the diagnostic, Jeff, was also great. They swept up before leaving too. Thanks, guys.

I have more than 5 years that I have been using Promag Energy Group for AC maintenance. Aside from their professionalism they have always worked according to my schedule. I can always count on Promag to take care of all my AC needs. I’m a very satisfied customer and have recommended Promag to all of my family and friends. You won’t go wrong with choosing Promag!

Last April we had a great experience with Promag Energy Group, they installed a brand new HVAC unit within our residential property and the service/quality of the install was wonderful. However, this year, the experience has been the WORST!

On February 3rd, we experienced an issue with the unit, the heat mode would not function normally. After calling at 6am in the morning to setup an emergency service call, I was able to personally troubleshoot the issue since the earliest that the tech could arrive was 9am (not really an emergency visit if the tech is working normal hours on a Monday, but I needed the unit to work so I didn't care at the moment). The issue was a malfunctioning thermostat which I replaced thanks to your local Ace Hardware store at 7: 30am and canceled the emergency visit at 8am since the tech had not even been displaced yet.

In an effort to be diligent with the annual preventative maintenance on the new unit, I scheduled an annual servicing for that weekend. My appointment time was from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday, February 8th. That weekend Orlando experienced a cold snap and after hearing none thing from the tech at 3: 45pm I called the main office. The lady that answered the phone explained that they had experienced a large volume of emergency calls and they were not going to be able to see me that day (great, thanks for making me wait around for hours knowing that I was never going to be seen). We rescheduled for today; February 14th from 9am to 12pm.

Again after waiting around all morning, I called the main office at 11: 40am. The lady that answered the phone was sharp and abrupt (granted my tone was annoyed and frustrated at the moment, there is no need to elevate the costumer's frustration level). After explaining the issue I was facing, the lady indicated that the tech had called and because I never answered, they moved on to more important service calls (thanks for again for making me feel like my service call was irrelevant and trivial). I explained to her that I had not received a phone call and my AT&T phone log would clearly demonstrate that tech never attempted to contact me. Also she inferred that I was a sketchy costumer since the last couple of visits I had canceled without just cause (my apologies, the last couple of visit were canceled due to lack of timely responses on Promag's behalf, but of course your records, indicated a story - let's see the time stamps on your keystrokes entries because that data would clearly not support the premise of your inference.

At this point, I was completely annoyed with the situation and asked to talk with a manager because from her perspective I was the issue and a bother to her weekend. She indicated that was not possible to talk with a manager because none were working, but she would take your information and a manager may call you on Monday if they had time. I am still frustrated with this situation and how this has been handled thus far. I have no confidence that a manager will call me on Monday so I am making a public service announcement to the world to warn future costumers of this atrocious customer service. Very disappointing Promag because our first experience was so great (I guess you just wanted the big bucks from the install and could careless about conducting preventative maintenance on the unit).

Quality value responsive punctuality Chris is all of these things I trust Chris I feel he's very honest the price is always reasonable you make sure he takes care of my air conditioner I do not have any problems with my air conditioner and air handler simply because Chris service my air conditioning very well you cant ask for a better technician than Chris

Timely appearance, but that is about all. Completed some checks on units while I watched, but I am no inspector. NO CHECK OFF list, NO Work order, No invoice.repeated calls with no response. Perhaps not a scam, but I will NOT be using them again and CANNOT recommend them. Greg was technician.

I give this company five star. The customer service representative Justine was awesome, polite and very knowledgeable for all the questions I had. The service was perfect, and staff was very professional. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The worst service ever! Promag customer service is by far the worst. All the staff beginning from the office to the installers are only concern about is taking your MONEY. Tech was so quick to sell you a unit and put you into finance! So they can just collect the MONEY. If your elderly they take advantage. Installers came same day but did not install the unit correctly. Air handler was continuously running and outside unit did not even work which we did not notice until the weather dropped. When calling the office all you can hear is people yelling and people interfering with the call like If someone is listening! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Then ask to speak to a manager and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Manager finally picks up call and is name is JD. Seems nice but all he wants to do is get you off the phone. WILL NOT LET YOU EXPLAIN A THING! JD said he will have someone back at my home to fix the issue and post permit at the same time so an inspector can come out and inspect the unit. Rudely hanged up the phone. Tech showed up at the home fix the issue and post permit. Then called back to the office to give the permit department my availability. Which again the worst service because the permit department NEVER SCHEDULE THE INSPECTOR TO COME OUT after me and my wife gave our availability to pricilla many times. Every time we called she was either on the phone or off for the day. This lasted about a week after trying to get in touch with the department and no one else could help. I refused to speak to the manager which is JD. Every since my unit was installed I have received the worst service. PROMAG JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY AND AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE MONEY. They tell you lies after lies after lies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Also THEY WILL NOT COME OUT WHEN SCHEDULED!
