This company was amazing to work with. Contacted them on a wednesday night and were here early the next morning. Worker came and assessed the problem making sure I understood what was wrong before fixing it. He was a very hard and honest worker. He even gave me a few bucks off for being a teacher. I will definitely be using promag energy for all my electrical needs 10/10 service

Do not use these people they are a rip off they charge you 50$ dollars to pick a part up and 50$ to drop off your old part

Great Job! The service was excellent and the technicians were very friendly. They also put in the extra effort and work to change where the air filter is replaced so that it will be more convenient for us. Overall, we are very satisfied with this company!

My A/c broke down And I called Promag, Fred came and had my ac fixed in minutes! He was very prompt, nice and extremely knowledgeable and I’m really happy with this company I highly recommend Fred and Promag.

Rudy was prompt and courteous. He serviced my HVAV and told me that it was runniing great. The unit will be fine for the new owners when I sell the house Thanks so much for the office calling to schedule my annual service. Again, Rudy and the office staff have all be very helpful, which I appreciate since I became a widow in May.

Great customer service, they are on top of delays. We had promag come out and do some duct cleaning unfortunately the equipment they use had an issue, Pricilla called and made my mother very informed of the situation and assured her another appt for later on this week. I want to thank promag and the staff for taking care of mother issues.

Promag Energy Group is top-notch! I received an electrical repair service from their technician named John. He was courteous and took the time to explain the issue with a damaged electrical outlet. The repair was quick, efficient and at a reasonable cost. I'm very pleased with the service.

This company are not as good as people say they come to my house on saturday to repair my ac it worked while tech was there then he left 5 minutes after stop work call to get him back was told had to wait till monday then we make time for after 5 pm and they call at 9 to say on the way tell them we work and have to listern to a load of cheek from the lady on the phone so 110 dollars later and 3 days still nit fixed

Just had a new system installed by Hector and Daniel today. They were friendly and efficient and had the new system running quickly.
