Publix Super Market at The Riverland Center, Fort Lauderdale FL

I love Publix. Some things are a little high but the best of the best. People are warm friendly and I always compliment several workers to the manager so they could get a free lunch and a nice Commendation instead of always having something derogatory on the computer

I honestly think the great reviews here, are paid for. This location is terrible. The store is small and doesn’t have a lot of selections when compared to other Publix. The parking is extremely inappropriate for the store and parking is always a nightmare.

But the biggest issues are, the cashiers are always slow and there’s a big line no matter the day/ time, and the customer service is Terrible! The people working at the Deli and the Customer Service area need to be replaced or re-trained. When you approach them with questions they never know the answers, they are rude, short, distracted, not helpful and most of the time I can barely understand what they’re saying.

This Publix is 2 minutes away from me, and I gladly drive literally anywhere else rather than to go deal with them.

The Western Union line too long when walking outside on the east side too many people smoking can't get to your car

No french bread at afternoon.you must buy what "they want". No what you are looking for.

This is HANDS DOWN the worst Publix in all of Florida. The parking is HORRIBLE. The customer service at the deli is UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. I live next to it so I’m forced to come here when needed. Every time it’s a terrible experience. Even the manager I spoke to here was completely incompetent of doing anything. This place is on another level.

Worst Publix ever. Rudest employees ever! I live 2 minutes from this publix I will never ever go back I will drive the 20 minutes to another Publix. I can’t believe a grocery store can be so gross and run so badly and still be open. I hope corporate comes and inspects this store

The pharmacist customer service stinks and the pharmacist Meredith has no customer service skills whatsoever. So I'm changing my son's pharmacist.

I gave this store a 5 star several years ago but today. I'm giving it 1 star wish I could give 0 stars the deli is a nightmare, they never have your online order ready it either didn't exist in their computer or they totally ignore it like they do when you're in line forever waiting to order. Something seriously need to be done about these issues. I'm sad to say but this is the only publix by far that's having these issues the people are lazy and to top that off security lady is following me around the store as if I'm going to steal. I'm completely done and feed up with this store

Worst Publix ever! Long lines, rude employees. Absolutely horrible. I truly hope this store is chosen for secret shopper experience so corporate has an honest idea of what is happening at their store.

The ladies who work in the sub department are extremely rude, one lady threw the sub at me on the counter. No customer service whatsoever. Its so off putting when i live so close to this publix and i dont even wanna shop there. I rather drive the extra miles to a friendly Publix. If i could give you ZERO stars i would.

Slow at greeting and making sandwiches for guest. Definitely order online because they do those before in person orders.

I like this Publix; however, it is very small and does not carry the variety that other Publix stores can. The people are polite and friendly.

What can I say. Publix the names speaks for itself. Convenience and quality of goods is why we go to Publix. But not so much convenience at this location. The parking situation sucks and unfortunately people seem pretty high strung over the parking issues. The store however is usually well kept and goods are usually up to par. If ever there is an issue with quality of goods, Publix always makes it right. Good customer service.

The staff of was very friendly, especially Anthony who was very amicable and helped me to my. All the groceries I had he helped me put in my car and was too sweet! A really nice young boy and I just wanted to write about him and how nice everyone was today even though it was busy! Thank you

Every single time I come to this Publix and go to the deli there’s a very long wait. They have only 1 person working deli meats where there’s always about 10 customers, and they only have 3 people working the sub station where there’s only 2 customers. It makes absolutely NO Sense to me.

I love this public Authur in produce is always very helpful. I’ve learned how to pick the best fruits from him! Bakery staff is awesome as well my daughter loves the free cookie she gets every time we visit. The Parking lot can get crazy but it’s all in a days work to me

Parking is not the greatest but a good little Publix keeping up with food samples on fridays and rearranging their aisles to match the other stores.good job Publix!

Parking always challenging. Crowded. Registers not fully staffed. Deli counter not organized, long waits for the meals and subs. Smaller than many typical stores.

Horrible one register open 9 people in line at 7 in the morning when everybody's trying to get their kids to school or work
