Publix Super Market at Conway Crossing, Orlando FL

While I was shopping, a thunderstorm came through. Thank you to the employees that made sure I had help loading my car.

Nice and clean always a pleasure to go there to get my groceries and especially my subs umm umm thank you so much Deli dept.

When unable to find an item, I do find the staff very helpful, not just this past visit only, but most all times.

Great shopping experience. Great selection. Many people wearing masks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

Came in on 82420 and the cashier Jacob was very nice young man that’s how all cashiers should be

I love Publix; Picked up my favorite wings from the deli.it was somewhat disappointing. Also brought my favorite Calipso cookies which also missed the Publix mark. Deli/Bakery food wise, a little heartbroken, it was just not the same. However, the customer service in both departments was superb. Thus my 4 stars verses the 5.

Service was great but the shelves were half empty one whole section of freezer compartment was empty, tall only had about half what I went for

They remind customers to be socially distant, and completely wipe down the shopping carts each time. Great service, store is as well stocked as possible. Pharmacy has great hours and gives $10 gift card when you get a flu shot.

Always look forward to discovery of lower costs and timely products at Conway Crossing Publix. They stock exactly what I need.

I wasn’t having the best, but I had to stop by deli for lunch meat. Her name was Patricia and all I can say is she turn my entire day around. She went out our her way to help me and truly brighten up my entire day. I can’t thank you enough Patricia. Thank you for all do!

Was very dissatisfied today with my order.i always order boards head sandwiches.never had a problem.today I get home when I open my sandwich literally 3slices of turkey for 9.00 dollars that I pay.never again.

My daughter just had the rudest and unprofessional customer service experience in this Publix deli by Emily. When I called to speak to a store manager, Sidney, she was just as rude as her employee. Not happy with the way you guys treated my daughter a paying customer today!

Love this Publix.always Clean, friendly employees, and lots of options in groceries, not like Walmart Neighborhood that pretty much everything is Great Value products.and their shelves are always empty. This Publix has everything you need.

Never been to a publix that was not five stars. Place is always neat and clean. Always well stocked and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff will fall over them selfs to help you any way they can. Parking lot is free of carts and has plenty of space. The produce is always fresh and the meat is some of the best in town. All of this plus a PUB shop. Now i agree you pay for all this at the cash out but its like anything else you get what you pay for.

Publicx is the same as in other places.
A large store with a large selection of products.
I came, walked with pleasure, bought everything I wanted.
Publicx is always Publicx.

"Customer Service Manager" tells me they have no outside email address for me to send this photo to alert the store of possible dangerous food poisoning. So that kind of ridiculous service results in this public posting. She is not very good at customer service I can tell you that. Hopefully they will remove these from shelves and I will go the extra step to alert Ore-Ida.

This place is superb. I hate to use the overly used AWESOME word but it sure is. Well designed wide aisles, very well assorted, fresh fruits and decent prices. Very recommended.

Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. The store is clean, the deli is great, the employees are happy, and their gas card coups & BOGOs are a good deal. We're a big fan of this company.
