Publix Super Market at Conway Crossing, Orlando FL

So last night I called to order a cake it was kinda late so they probably were closed, so this morning i called around 8 and a young lady answered her name was Amanda wow super sweet and nice and took my order for the same day I was so happy thank you soooo much not only to her but to the whole bakery staff thank you for your hard work and making my day complete with one of your amazing cakes! Way to go and just another reason why i shop at Publix

I went to get sub from the deli and I got the wrong sub when I ask her to change it Karen said “well What are you going to do with this because it’s going to have to go in the trash what else do you want ‘’ as a customer the loves to shop at Publix and knows how well there customer service is I felt disrespected also while I was picking up juice another girl pushing a a really big cart almost ran me over and then when I say some to her she shakes her head an goes about pushing the cart she didn’t have on a name tag so I’m not able to say who the girl was if I could give zero stars I would very upsetting I was shopping and I just leave everything would not like to shop here again!
