Publix Super Market at Riverside Square, Coral Springs FL

On January 29th 7: 40 (dinner time) I rushed into Publix with my mother to pick up a few items used the express check out lane.our Cashier by the name of “ Em “ did not greet us, did not ask if we found everything okay nor did she make a single eye contact with neither of us. I picked up and item and automatically asked her what was the price she said $2 I’m like okay I’ll take it she began to ring up the stuff while I watched the screen to make sure everything came up at the right price the cashier began to push the items in a forceful way when she saw neither my mother or I was packing the stuff while she was cashing. (my mother has a boot on with a sick foot doesn’t do a lot of moving & if she does it’s very slow) at the end there was no communication once again I was not told a total price for the bill I looked up at her to see if she’s even paying attention not a word. I gave her the money and watched if she was going to bag the items after she got done with the transaction she did not instead your cashier Em moved on to the other customer in line and left the items there still to be bagged. I’ve worked for publix for 5 years my father & mother both for 14 years counting and this is definitely not how we treat customers especially older customers that can barley help themselves regardless if they’re with someone who could.we help and make sure a customer is satisfied and move on to the next. I live in the middle of this Publix, sample and university & I’ll honestly say I’ll rather take the 3 minutes more driving time than to go back here with this kind of service. I did speak to a manager did not recall a name but she was very nice and understanding.

It was good I got all that I wanted without help but kids behind me were super close to my back and weren't at their tape line on the floor kind of uncomfortable since covid-19 is still out

Deli department was the greatest, the guys servicing the counter and the gentleman trying the chicken were the best.

Been shopping here many years. Special shout out to the ladies in the Deli dept, Ray at Service, and new cashier Lisa who are always friendly and professional on each visit. Great store.

I was checking out and the person who was bagging my items asked me a simple question about a product I was buying. At that moment the cashier chimed in and mocked the person who was bagging my items as asking a stupid question. It was insulting to the bagger as well as myself. The cashier was Lisa E. The store number is 0317. I hope that this type of attitude is not tolerated during this very stressful time.

New to the neighborhood and everyone here is very kind. From the sweet lady disinfecting the cart handles to the pharmacy tech and bakery staff. All positive experiences!

The store has a decent produce. It is huge and we'll stocked. The bakery is nice. I'll shop here again!

I did not go into publix. As the infection rate increases, I find staying out of crowded essential businesses is safer. Online ordering, curbside pickup or delivery are safer choices, I believe. I went into the liquor store. I bought what I touched, I touched what I wanted to buy and I was masked with spray alcohol at the ready. Stay viligant, calm and peaceful. An end is coming.

You will not receive the famous delicious PubSub at this location. As a native Floridian, I have never been more disappointed in Publix. These were lacking in toppings and they didn't get the order correct.
Choose a different Publix location to get a true PubSub.

Worst customer service lady ever I went there because I was receiving money from western union and she didn't want to give me my money! I had to go to another publix to get it

There was a lot of great deals and specials going on when I visited today. A nice selection of produce and I swear they have kind of ice cream imaginable. I was also pleased to find they had Krispy Kreme donuts for sale, so I got a box of those. The deli had very good lunch meat.

Small Publix but great staff and amazing service. Clean but in an old building. Staff is mostly from the neighborhood and are part of the community. Does not have an extensive product line because of size. Produce is fresh and neatly arranged. Deli has gotten much better at serving customers.

Although the store is older, and not as large as the newer ones, it is clean, has a pharmacy, and is staffed with friendly folks.

Our neighborhood go to place. Not as big as others but has most all of what we usually need. Friendly staff.

This Is Probably The Worst Publix I Been Too. The Customer Service Is Poor, Expired Products, Managers Rude All Over Each Department. Save Your Gas & Save Your Money And Go Down Further To The Other Publix. Don’t Even Stop Here At Night Time, Homeless People Hanging Out In The Parking Lots & Following You In The Store. It’s Dangerous! Drive Farther!

Franco that works at the pharmacy is a blessing! He is so calm and friendly. I have never seen a pharmacist love his job so much.

Horrible service. I bought two baby bottles and ask in customer service for more and after they saw they had 3 left in stock the manager told the guy not to sell me anymore because i already had bought one. Worst publix ever. Never coming back.that is the reason places go down.

This is a very busy Pubix; the food/groceries here are very well stocked; everything here is very fresh. Can't complain about pricing, since that is how we get to have the so called deals - lol. But, the only beef I have is the checkout is a bit slow. It is something that can get improved on. Will be back.

Out of date pickles on shelf -grocery manager unaware where kosher pickles are located in store sent me away wondering the store on my own found kosher pickles in different section when I showed manager where they were located offered poor customer service

This could be one of the worst Publix that I have ever been to. We usually drive further and go to the Parkland Publix (5-stars) to avoid this store but I stopped at this location since it was on my way home from work today (5: 30pm Wednesday) & I was appalled. I couldn’t even see the shelves because they had crates of product just sitting on the floor in front of them. It was just so disheveled and dirty. The lines to checkout were backed up into the aisles. I just gave up and left and drove to Parkland.
