30Definitely one of my least favorite Publix stores. Highly suggest driving to CS Drive and Wiles, nicer store and much friendlier employees. I would give 9 out of 10 Publix stores 4 to 5 stars, not this one for sure: (
There management has absolutely terrible customer service. The manager Joe Barros, was so rude and threw a product back at my mother because he didn't want to return an item she had purchased. Completely rude and has happened more than three times. Horrible people.
I love shopping at Publix. I just think that their prices are a little to high especially in the meat and seafood department. But otherwise, excellent customer service and quality.

Some of the employee make you feel like a friend more than a costumer love going to that particular store.
Was waiting in line to check out when I overheard a manager yell at his employee to clock out. The employee was a senior while the manager around 30. I was shocked about how he treated him. The manager also was very rude with another employee who as well was a senior because she wanted to work 2 extra minutes.
Today 6-10-2017 was not good!
New cashier was horrible would not listen to my husband and I about a sale item Publix lost a sale and we proved to her we were right she couldn't care less. Publix use to be so friendly not anymore.
I recd help as soon as I stepped to the Seafood Dept. I always like the meals I make with Publix seafood. Everyone was nice.
I've been to many a Publix, and the layout is somewhat crowded, which causes the selection to be lacking in some ways. It was clean and cool inside which is always nice. The lighting could also be better and customer service was average.
