Quantum Lake Villas, Boynton Beach FL

**STRICKLY A PARKING ISSUE REVIEW**
We as residents pay rent and yet we cannot find parking. My husband and I literally have to park in the front of the complex where the office is and walk to the back of the complex where we live (which is not a short distance to be walking alone in the evening). Parking is full past 8 p.m. One time we parked on the curb, where many people park, and we woke up to a $50.00 ticket. IT IS INSANE! We pay our rent on time every month and cant even park our cars!

I think the reviews in here are not fair with this community. We moved a month ago, and we are very happy in our new place. Rene our leasing agent did a fantastic job. She is very professional, courteous, and she did the rental process very easy for us.

Also, they have a very good maintenance department. We found a bathroom leak on the first day we moved, and they took care of the problem right away.

Greatest place to live in Boynton Beach. The leasing staff and maintenance have always been very attentive to our needs, and you can't beat the convenience to the interstate and amenities. Although our family was very naive about South Florida housing prices, you aren't going to find a much better value for what you get out of Quantum Lakes!

We hope to stay here for our entire 4 year tenure in Florida!

Horrible place to live. Kris the property manager is very rude and unprofessional she doesn't care about the Tennant.office staff never answer the phone.repair orders go unfixed my stove hasn't worked in over a month and still hasn't been replaced. When I finally got through to someone in the office they told me that they would get to it when they felt like it not something you should say to a Tennant. So that's when I asked for the manager and her response was even better than the lady before she said a stove being broken isn't a priority and she didn't have time to deal such a nonsense complaint. There is trash all over the streets parking is a joke we had someone park in our driveway and they wouldn't do anything about it. Just all in all I really regret my decision on moving here

By far the best apartment in the area. I looked for weeks before moving from Boca Raton and I came upon this place. I haven’t had a single issue and many of my neighbors have lived here for over five years. I love where I live here.

Pros: location, nice layout of apartment, maintenance was quick to resolve a/c and garage issue
Cons:
1) I’ve had a package lost by the office.
2) I’m currently still listening to my neighbor’s late night music which starts every night around 11pm and continues until 2 or 3am. I shouldn’t have to sleep with ear plugs because of music in an adjacent apartment. These walls are paper thin. Live here if you want to feel like you’re still in college!
3) Response from my emails to the office staff has been ZERO.
4) My car was broken into once already.

I am baffled by all the low ratings. I have lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. I feel safe and secure in my place. I love my apartment and able to live my life within my means. I have noticed new people moving in who don't particularly care about the upkeep of their area therefore I've noticed stricter apartment rules being implemented. They are buckling down on the parking issues, pet owners not cleaning up after their pets, people dumping trash where-ever they see fit by enforcing fees, adding cameras, etc. If we want a great place to live WE as residents have to do our part, respect our neighbors, and abide by the rules. Not point the finger or taking photos of the trash outside when it's YOUR neighbors who are constantly doing it. This is a great place. Please don't let these horrible ratings detour you from giving this place a chance.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and love it so far! Our apartment big and updated! They did not raise our rent which is great and maintenance is usually done pretty fast. Anytime I have gone to the front office with a questions they are always very helpful! The best thing is that you have until the 5th of every month to pay rent without a penalty! Would recommended checking it out:)

This place looks good from the outside until you move in. Make sure to get a Boynton Beach Police report for the community. At least 4-6 cars were stolen in 2017. At least 20 cars were broken into. Their accounting person at office sucks. She can't use a basic calculator to do basic math. Beware of this place

I am a fairly new resident (6months). So far so good. Staff is pretty nice and pleasant. No issues or problems as of yet.

I reside on the new side of the complex and I love it. It's clean and maintenance Mike is phenomenal. He make sure that the grounds is well kept, community is clean. Only issue is that it's extremely hard to reach the office via phone. Other than that definitely recommends

Appliances are outdated, maintenance takes weeks to do anything, they have lost our mail and even given it to the wrong apartment. Fee's are routinely added to keep rent misleadingly low. You can never find parking after 7 pm. "Security" guards are watching netflix or towing residents; they are not there to help you! Save yourself the hassle and pick anyplace else.

Just moved in and I'm already annoyed. A/c doesn't work, dryer doesn't work, ice maker doesn't work. Been waiting a week for them to get fixed. Parking is horrible, getting your mail is horrible. I can hear the sound of my upstairs neighbor's piss echoing through my ceiling multiple times per day. It's all great.
