We had an early morning appointment and moved through the process quickly and professionally. The best experience I have ever had having my blood drawn for lab work with Michelle.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Everyone is ridiculously rude. From the initial greeting and then throughout the entire time I was there, I noticed the staff was rude to everyone including myself. Honestly would rather drive to another location than to go back there.

I had a really Good experience, i dont know why they had so many negatives reviews, the girls working with the blood draws are very nice, maybe the place its not that confortable at all, but it was fine!

Everyone was warm and helpful. I needed to make an appointment 2 weeks prior, but I didn't have to wait at all when I arrived.
Racquel is an excellent phlebotomist.

I’ve been going to this location for a number of years and have found them to be polite and very professional. The last time they had more people there than could be accommodated with the COVID rules, the woman handling the crowd did an outstanding job.

The facility is very clean. The staff was super friendly and very professional. The total amount of time spent at the facility was about 15 minutes. I have visited this location on many occasions and my experience is always the same.

Went today without an appointment. There were constantly people walking in but the staff did a great job of processing everyone as quickly as possible while still taking care of customers with paperwork problems. Was out the door in less than 30 minutes and had very pleasant conversations with all staff members. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. These people need to go n make room for more pleasant people. Corporate or something need to be contacted about this place. No kind of welcome.

I don't understand all the low reviews. I've been here several times with minimal wait time because I made my appointment ahead of time from home by computer. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant.

Went to facility today at 6: 00am only to find out that the prescription that was sent from my doctor electronically cannot be retrieved until 10: 00am because they don’t have internet until then! What a disservice and waste of my time! Posting such information on your website would be helpful just like answering the phone for questions since your website is not reliable! Disgusting!

Smart mouthed, rude front desk staff. Unapologetic and insensitive to the emotions of health care recipients. Refused to take as a walk in even though my doctor sent over blood work request and instructed me to walk in on Sat as the blood work was urgent!

Horrible place waited 3 hours to be seen and when i went to the desk and said excuse me to ask how long they just ignored me. Everyone in this place should be fired. If i can rate the staff 0 stars i would. I recomend everyone to choose a different location because the employees at this location are very rude and not good at there job.

It’s like 80 degrees in this place! And DIRTY! To wait hours in an office sweating is ridiculous! Their incessant repetitive advertising trying to make you buy their tests make you want to go insane! I’ve heard the same hepatitis C commercial 75 times! Can’t they just put morning talk shows on like normal offices! If i want to test myself for something I’ll ask my doctor I don’t need to be badgered with their awful commercials while I’m SWEATING and beyond irritated with there ridiculously long wait!
But the nurses were very nice!

I always have fairly great service when I go! The wait times can be mildly long. Most of the time it’s as pleasant as getting blood work done can be.

The staff here is always friendly. Always helpful. Never have any problems. Ms. Inger is very good at her job. I highly recommend her.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I recommend calling to make an appointment instead of just walking in. There was hardly any wait time if you make an appointment, arrive at your scheduled time, and sign in. I was nervous going there since the ratings are so low, but I am pleasantly surprised with the service.

The place supposedly "closes" at 3 but i went today at 2: 15 and it was closed. I've lost my hour lunch for nothing.

There's such a great culture and environment there! The facility is cleaned, well-maintained and the staff are kind and quick. I went in there for bloodwork and it didn't take very long, and I had pleasant conversations during but also not so much so that it was overwhelming. I will never go back to LabCore ever again, or be hesitant to get bloodwork done. 12/11/2017

The rude, disinterested, cold, and unwelcoming, front desk attendants make going to get blood work a miserable ordeal. Might be how cows feel waiting to be branded. You better have half a day reserved to wait for your turn and too bad if you are there for a fasting blood test. Be sure to sign in on the kiosk computer no matter what the reason is for being there- even if you only have a question. You are only a number and no one cares how long you have been waiting (except those waiting with you have sympathy).
