Quest Diagnostics Ft. Lauderdale, Oakland Park FL

This is my first time coming here and the worker are horrible. They are very rude to the customers and lack customer service skills. I felt bad when one of the workers yelled at an elderly man instead of helping him sign in. Management needs to do something about this.

Easy check in with tablets at the front desk. Estimated waiting time on the TV. Had a 730am appointment and was done and out the door by 745. Inger drew my blood and she was great. Only complaint is wishing there was a TV in the "inner" waiting room, but then again I didn't wait in there long at all!

Got a few hours to waste.head on over. The only place with worse service is the DMV. And just when you think you're up.they move you into Waiting Room B. And you get to sit there for 30 minutes. I'd guess Wait Room B is for the sole purpose of not letting you know when you walk in that your number 50 in a very slow line.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time here. As soon as we walked in we heard someone say good morning everybody! And happy Thursday! Usually lab attendants are pretty miserable in the morning, but I did not have that experience here. Julio drew my blood and he was very good, no pain. Was in and out within 20 minutes

Very pleased with the service, the facility and wait time. I ad been using Lab Corp because of my insurance which changed this year. I dislike Lab Corp because of the wait times (1-2 hours) and they always seem under staffed. Today's visit was perfect (10 minutes) with no appointment

I usually don't write reviews but todays service was exceptional and staff super sweet and friendly.in and out in less then 30 minutes!

I could not get an appointment without having to wait five days. Since I needed the blood work done ASAP, I showed up without an appointment at 7am and waited no more than 10 minutes. The staff were all very accommodating especially Sandra and Martha.

Horrible attitude in the front desk. Every person who went to ask a question they would respond so rudely. It's like they hate their jobs. Disgusting customer service. I would definitely suggest to go to another place.

If you understand LEAN, this place lives it. Model of one piece flow. I am in and out typically less than 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and they are processing many clients. Incredible. Awesome. I had to write this because of the poor reviews others gave. Not fair. Go ahead and compare this to other medical facilities. I gave up on my Doctor because I had to wait 45 minutes for a check up. This is EFFICIENT.

This is my best experience ever. I was called in 2 minutes after I signed in and was done in less than 15 minutes. Destiny was GREAT.
