Had a great move in experience, Muhammad was a pleasure to work with and he got us in same day.

I moved down here from New York and Diana has has given me the best experience! I had let her know a few of my concerns and she addressed all my questions, she was very clear, and knowledgeable. It truly made me feel comfortable with my transition.

Mohamed gave my girlfriend and I a tour of the complex and was extremely nice. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns and made us feel very much at home as we are looking at moving from North Carolina. Fantastic experience!

Love my apartment. Quiet space, ground floor. However, I've been asking since I moved in in November that my hot water, and garbage disposal be looked at/fixed. There have been a few people that have contacted me, but no action, or follow up.

I can't believe how dirty this place is.i visited a friend that lives there and I just can't believe.why are there these trash cans outside of every apartment? They are leaking all over.nast liquid all over. How much does a power wash cost? Everything is coated with mildew. Just a slip and fall waiting to happen.might have to move my friends out.

The visitor parking here is terrible! There is more empty resident parking than visitor. My daughter who comes to visit from Spring Hill can’t even spend the night due to lack of visitor parking and fear of getting car towed. Something has to change in terms of this.

This places lacks visitor parking. So many empty spaces that could be used for visitors. Can't even spend the night at my mom's. So frustrating, more spots need to be added. Maybe moving that huge storage container that's taking up an entire row of parking spots and use that for visitors? It looks trashy.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD. They will take any chance they can get to take money from you. THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR DISPUTE; THEY WILL COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANNOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES. WORST place to live.

The staff at Radius Palms have been great to work with, very professional and friendly - Tyler, Mohamed, and Seqouia helped me out a lot! They made the moving in process, as well as out, easy and hassle free. The apartment itself was nice and maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly. My favorite part was that it was a dog friendly (all breeds allowed), affordable, and clean place to live!

Mohamed is an outstanding employer! He helps me out every day with issues with faxing or directions and any other silly questions I have. He always has a smile on his face and shows eagerness in all he does. He is an asset to your company! Thank you for your time and please except this complement and let him know what a wonderful job he is doing!

Moved in to Radius Palms a few weeks ago and everyone was amazing and helpful. The staff and management are wonderful to work with. My apartment is looking great and feels like home. I strongly recommend Radius Palms to everyone looking for a place to call home.

I’ve lived at both St. Croix and Radius Palms for about 2 years now and the new management company has done wonders for this property. I can’t speak for others experiences but I truly enjoy living here now and will continue to do so. Leasing staff is very friendly and professional, especially Muhammad. Definitely have and will continue to recommend this apartment complex to others.

This place is not worth it.save your money and seek elsewhere! Roaches invested your apartment! If i could give a negative ranking I would. And then their rent going up. OMG!

This guys are thieves they charging $100 dollars late fee the first day of being late and $10 dollars every day after that I dont reccomend this apartments to anyone they are super expensive and they charge for everything I'm glad that I'm moving soon.

I've lived here for two months now. This is a wonderful place to live. As I understand it the apartment complex has new owners and you can see the positive changes happening here every day. Recently they got the gate fixed, which I read in other reviews, had been broken for a very long time. I have one of the renovated apartments and it's very stylish and modern with a large bathroom, great appliances, and wonderful sink faucets. Third floor rooms have lofted ceilings which is nice. The gym center has new equipment, is very clean, and open all day and night. It has everything you need to work out. The neighborhood feels safe, the people are friendly, and the maintenance staff is very good. The leasing office is staffed with very friendly people and they are very helpful. I like the valet trash service here. I don't have to drive to the dumpster with trash in my car like other complexs I've lived at. This place has no breed restrictions so there are a lot of dogs here. Occasionally you will find a dog poop on the ground that an irresponsible owner has left behind but that is to be expected with so many dogs around. I love living here and expect to be here for several years.

Over the past weekend, 3/31/18, I had a horrible situation with my GARBAGE DISPOSAL, broken for quite some time now. I went to the office and was told this was not an emergency and I had to wait until MONDAY! Well, monday came and still no help, 3 times, i was in that office seeking help, tiny bugs were coming from the GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND IT WAS STINKY BAD! Finally, the Maintenance Supervisor Mr. Mike was told of my situation and assigned MR. CAESAR MARCIAL to my apt.
He assessed the nasty situation, PUT ON LONG GLOVES AND WITH A PUMP, HE STARTED WORKING ON THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL! WHAT A BLESSING HE IS, FINALLY SOMEONE CAME AND DID SOMETHING. THE OFFICE SAYS NO PEST CONTROL ON WEEK DAYS, JUST ON FRIDAY AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT, THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY!
MR. CAESAR MARCIAL WORKED ON THAT SINK FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS, YOU CAN'T REALLY IMAGINE THE PLACE WITH THE ROTTEN SMELL COMING FROM INSIDE WHEN HE OPENED IT. NOW THE BUGS ARE VERY FEW, I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR FRIDAY, PEST CONTROL. CAESAR MARCIAL EVEN PUMPED THE WATER FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY DISHWASHER WHICH WAS STILL THERE FROM LAST FRIDAY! AND HE RAN ALL THE APPLIANCES AGAIN, JUST TO MAKE SURE THINGS WERE WELL. ALL THIS IN ONE DAY! REMOVAL OF GARBAGE DISPOSAL, NEW PIPES UNDER THE SINK, WATER PUMPED OUT AND ALSO THE FIXED MY WATER FLOW FROM THE SINK, IT WAS A SLOW DRIP! ALL THIS IN THE KITCHEN. HE TOOK CARE OF THIS ALL ON 4/2/18. I THANK SUPERVISOR MIKE FOR SENDING MR. CAESAR MARCIAL TO MY RESCUE, HARD WORKING MAN. YOU ARE MY HERO, CAESAR MARCIAL!

New resident here. Application process was easy and staff was very helpful and kind with my move in conditions as I moved from another state. Overall great experience so far and would recommend to others.

Since the new management (when they switched to the name Radiant Palms), this complex has gotten much better. The renovated apartments are nice and they have actually been using the gate and a patrolling guard where in the past it has been left open felt unsafe at times.

The manner in which they treat their residents is absolutely disgraceful. Requests and emails are consistently ignored. Stay away!
