Ramada by Wyndham Miami Springs/Miami International Airport

Some info about the shuttles- they come on top of the hour every hour. When you do call you definitely have to wait for it to ring a while and then you will get their phone tree.
I was only there for a few hours since my flight got in late. The airport had to cancel a bunch of flights that night and this hotel did not give my room away even though I didn't check in until two am. Thank you!

The Hotel in general does not work, in the photos it looks very good but the reality is different, for example it does not have an elevator, the pool has mold on the outside, the cleaning of the rooms is a total misery and you have to go to pick up towels or whatever that you ask yourself up front. I stayed with my children and my double bed room had not changed the sheets, I complained and they gave me a room that was the same and the matted carpet at the end I had to stay in it and I asked to change everything myself. And it is not all but I would extend a lot. From my experience I think it is better to pay a little more and be in something clean and comfortable.

Lots of noise since the miami airport is close by. No elevators so hard to get big luggage to second floor in small staircase. Rooms were renovated. Nice bathroom. But the king bed takes up all the room. Hard to move around.

I’m leaving a review only bc there’s no info about the shuttles anywhere and they don’t answer their phones. The shuttle comes at the top of the hour every hour and meet at the hotel shuttle lot 3. The bedsheets were dirty, the place is musky and the room we stayed in was small. The continental breakfast was a lunch bag with a microwaveable sausage egg and cheese biscuit, a fruit cup, and a granola bar, and we were able to get a late check out at 12 for free, just because they made these efforts, I’m giving two stars. Otherwise, I’m glad we only stayed one night and I’m a pretty easy traveler.

Not looking forward to my stay this weekend. Just got off the phone with the receptionist and to say she was rude is an understatement. Seems like i may have interrupted something important she was ding because her attitude and the way she was rushing me to end the conversation was just baffling. No interest whatsoever in addressing my concerns and accommodating my request. Will update after my stay, hopefully I don't need to book a last minute room elsewhere. This is ridiculous. Needless to say, this along with the reviews here.
Let's give them some benefit and see what happens this weekend.

Do not stay here. If possible.

- internet speed is SLOW and unstable
- bathroom are dirty
- staff attention is the WORST
- room with two beds you can barely walk
- breakfast… paper bag with same 3 items every day (no change) : 1 small granola bar. 1 muffin. 1 canned juice
- overall hotel looks dirty
- works in progress in the hallway early in the morning disturbing the guests.
- too expensive for the low quality of this facility

The wifi is slow. The room was dusty, the sink and showerhead rusty, the toilet ring was loose. It advertised breakfast, I got terribly bad coffee, and a take away bag with 1 cereal bar, 1 orange, and 1 muffin. There was no breakfast buffet. Bottom line, 150$ is way over priced for what it offers.

Cheap sleep with free breakfast, pool and parking. Great for cruisers, you can be at the airport in 15 minutes. Free shuttle runs hourly. Sports bar next door serves excellent fish tacos, but the chicken wings were slightly over cooked.

Pros: Easy access, free parking, comfortable rooms, good bathrooms, good breakfast, fair price. Cons: No room service, no refrigerator at room.

This place was only good for the price when we arrived last minute in the middle of the week. Pending work changes, we had to add on extra days but the price nearly doubled for Friday night! The manager and front desk folks basically said they couldn't do anything about the price hike. So, we found a better place in Doral that is actually worth the money. This Ramada is not worth the money they try to squeeze out of people. The room was not adequately cleaned (found bottles under the bed). The carpet is disgusting and the hallways are very humid. Don't get your hopes up for breakfast. Powdered eggs, partially cooked unseasoned potatoes, and fruit. The only thing edible are the premade items like donuts and yogurt.

Van driver was amazing. Rooms small, old, no elevator or staff to help carry heavy suitcases up and down.

Not bad at all. It is quite far from downtown and the last bus (nr. 36) leaves the metro station at 8.36pm, so be careful!

I tried booking a room I had called three times and they kept putting me on hold then would hang up.

Rooms are nice. Bar snd restaurant on premises. No refrigerator in room. Connecting to internet with phone was difficult. With computer was ok. Friendly staff.

Hate!
The room is tiny. I could over look that BUT the sink leaks and it smells musty, the light shines through the window (even with curtains closed) all night making it look like 6am all freaking night long.
The pillows are so hard and uncomfortable and the bed is super stiff.
Toilet ran all night also. I would NEVER stay here again.
The cable goes in and out and you can hear everything the other guests are doing!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel during my trip. Situated in a great location and very pleasant staff. Really impressed with the wide breakfast options and most liked one is the cleanliness. Entire desk staff was attentive and friendly. Thank you to all and also look forward to our next stay.

Great customer service. Not much parking but at least it's free. Great breakfast selection. Very spacious rooms with nice kitchenette and and restroom area. Overall a very nice place to stay. I would definitely visit again.

Sehr zentraler Ort! Man kommt von hier aus überall einfach hin! Keine Lärmbelästigung durch den Flughafen!

The pool in there is kind of Salty and it has a lot of chlorine. They should take the water out and fill it with new water.

Room had a very bad odor, female Front Desk Agent was very rude on 5/21/18 at about 9pm. Will never stay at another Ramada again.
