25 The rooms were very clean and spacious, but the other clients were very noisy and kept us awake.
Even with the rude clients, I highly recommend this hotel and would like to stay here again.
Loved this hotel we stayed here the night before our cruise and the day we came back from our cruise. Our family had 4 rooms and the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. You can not beat the price and when I am back in Miami again I will definitely stay here. Our rooms were big and they were clean.
Hotel os nice, regardless of what the outside looks like. The staff has awful customer service skills and the shuttle service is the worst!
What a pleasant surprise to the end of a long day. I don't like staying in hotels but this place was immaculate, very beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome too. There is a restaurant attached that had excellent food and drinks. They also had shuttles to the cruise ship we were taking. The only complaint I have is the breakfast area was too small to accommodate everyone.
The location is good if you need to be near the airport. The room is very small and there is no elevators. So if you stay at 2nd floor like me, you will have to go up with you luggage using the stairs.
