The worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Shame on Best Buy and shame on warran tech for allowing them to represent them! Lies after lies. No show after no show.

Helpful people with reasonably priced used appliances. I have been happy with every appliance I have purchased from then. I got years of service from their reconditioned machines. They are also helpful with advice, parts and repairs.

We have used this place for years for appliance repair on our properties, and while they were good and reliable once upon a time in recent times they've just really slipped. Last time we asked them out to one of our properties Rex got into some kind of disagreement with the tenant and wouldn't go back - having seen the nastier side of Rex myself I can understands why - the tenant himself is an okay guy and we don't appreciate tradespeople being rude to them. Called up again just now for another repair job and got some guy who sounded like he was sitting in the back of a jet engine. Every point I made was answered with a surly response, and finally I just gave up. We've given this place something like 8 - 10 years of business on our various properties but no more - time to move on to someone who's reliable, professional, and courteous to customers and their tenants.

I had called Ray"s appliance repair in Sanford, Fl to service a refrigerator at one of my rental homes near by. They were able to get to my rental the next day and had the parts in stock and with very fair pricing to make the repair with no loss of groceries to my tenant. This is my 3rd time I have used Ray's appliance repair service over the past 5 years and in my opinion can run circles around the big box store repair services (G-SQUAD, HD, LOWES). Ray"s will always be my go to appliance repair service. Thank you Ray's FOR THE AWESOME REPAIR SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED FOR ME OVER THE PAST YEARS!

Fastest easiest deal I’ve ever made. Very promptly picked up my appliances from my home. Sold my washer/dryer to them when I moved. They were gentlemen. They also helped my friend with a repair to their refrigerator. Highly recommend.

They were able to come out the very next day, were on time, reasonably priced, and the serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely call them again for appliance repair.

My son had an issue with his dryer, thinking it was an expensive $80 timer. Ray 2 the rescue! He said "stop down & let me look at the timer & knob.its likely the knob". He was right! And my son was out the door for $10 Thank You Ray!

Bought a used washer and dryer, had it delivered and set up. The entire process end to end was smooth and pleasurable. Everyone at the shop was nice, the delivery crew was courteous and did a great job. The washer and dryer themselves work very well. Tech was in a hurry, didn't listen to everything I had to say. Cleaned coils clean drain and said oh if it continues call us, so I called and got nothing. Thank you for losing everything in my frig and freezer. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Very unproffessional. I give them a negative star of 2

Good location. However sales person not well-versed in Parts struggled quite a bit. I had no luck getting parts I needed.

Super friendly! I went in for a stove coil for my stove the day before Thanksgiving. He was so nice and his price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going with him for my appliance needs in the future!

Rex is amazing! Fixing my dryer was a tough job, but he got it done and with a great sense of humor!
