Great Company, down to earth, honest, reliable and trustworthy. One of the very few companies around that actually care about their customers appliance problems and work to correct the problems at very low prices compared to other companies.

Rays Appliance is amazing! They have been open for years and I have been a regular customer for 3 years now! I was recommended to them by my grandparents after they had a repair on their washer. They are very polite and treat everyone like family considering it is family owned. When I was looking to replace my refrigerator in my kitchen, they had very nice cheap appliances and still worked with my budget! I absolutely love my fridge and I would never use anyone else!

I used to be a regular customer until last year. I bought a dryer that immediately needed repair. I called over and over and over. They made appointments that they never kept. BUYER BEWARE. They did not honor their 90 day warranty.

Called and left a message to have them come and repair my washer.
They never called back.

This company is totally awesome and professional. Reasonable and friendly. They are the best in this area. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Whirlpool washer last Saturday. Chuck delivered and installed it same day. Great family to deal with, great service. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need another appliance.
