Gary is the man! Not only did he replace my 32 year old hot water heater, but he was able to fix my shower that two other plumbers were unable to do! I'll definitely be requesting Gary again for sure!

Erik Young got down to the point of what a under foundation slab water leak could entail. He sent over a professional leak inspector, and to my relief, there was no water leak. No jack hammering required. I could breathe now. Thanks Erik for telling it straight.

I would like to say Miguel came to our house twice the first time we didn’t have the money to get it fixed but he understood he was very positive he told us exact price it would cost and he gave us two estimates so then he came back very professional came in and showed me the product that I chose wanted to choose or whatever also he got the job done he fixed our faucet yay and the Fossett is absolutely beautiful my even my husband my daughter everybody loves it so if you need a great awesome respectable company usedRead kept coming and don’t forget to ask for Miguel he is an amazing service gentleman does his job gets it done doesn’t piddle around and just if you have questions the answers on he’s very honest about the price so this company I’ve been using for a couple years now but we for sold our home in Tampa and I just cited to go back and use them again and I am very satisfied and I will always use Miguel as long as he’s with red kept telling me thank you Miguel and thank you red cap plumbing for city is young man he is a hard worker he deserves a raise

Eric Young from redcap came out gave me a wonderful quote. Was on time and professional can’t ask for anymore I did not choose to go with redcap plumbing due to the fact that the prices were ridiculous but that has nothing to do with Eric and his professionalism.

Thanks for much for the great staff at Red Cap who I had the pleasure of dealing with. After getting off to a shakey start, they went the extra mile to make everything right and I am a happy camper.

Although advertised "24/7" service, did not come out Sunday evening when we called, but came following Monday morning for an exterior faucet leak. Quite competent and knew exactly what to do, although extremely expensive (over $800).

I asked for an estimated on leaking pipe they said $675.49. For one pipe I said no thanks. I spent the day fixing it my self with a 29 cent valve and a sharkbit. They've a ripoff.

I currently rent in Tampa and my hot water heater went out on a Saturday, the day before I was leaving on a 3 day trip. I called Red Cap and Eddie came out to inspect the situation and make sure all would be okay until I returned and had the replacement done. He was very cordial and made sure all was ok.
Luis Torres came out on Weds afternoon to replace the hot water heater. He was by himself and I don’t think he was informed that I was in a 2nd floor unit. I was able to provide some assistance in getting the old heater down the stairs as it would not drain so it was extremely heavy and awkward. Luis never complained a bit even when at 5: 00 he needed to run back to the shop to get a couple of parts that he did not have on the truck. I had to leave for an appointment at 6: 00 but felt very comfortable leaving Luis at my place to clean up and lock up. He promised he would “finish the job. ” When I returned home later, Luis had not only completed the job, he cleaned the carpets where some dirty water had dripped and I think he even ran the vacuum cleaner over the area where he had rolled the old water heater out. Service above and beyond in my opinion! Thanks Luis!

I had a heat pump installed a few months ago. For some reason yesterday the condenser would not turn on. I had that problem a week after install but it went away. When the house got to 82 it turned on. Stuart came out and found the problem to be a wire connector that was just touching the motherboard. Enough to keep it running but if conditions changed it would not turn on. He fixed the problem. What a great guy, polite, knowledgeable. What I have come to expect from Red Cap.

Chris and Elijah did great work today. Did a whole house inspection of sinks and toilets as part of the protection plan. Well worth it.

I had major AC issues. My home was built in the 1940s. The AC unit in my attic was never done properly This past Sunday I woke up to water on the floor for the 3rd time in the 2 years; dripping from the AC overflow pan in my attic. I called Red Cap Plumbing & Air 24/7 line & within an hour Sean arrived, took care of the immediate issue. Then Alex and his crew from Red Cap came out the following Tuesday & took care of removing all the outdated, crappy duct work, replaced it all, new overflow pan, cleared clogged overflow pipe, new AC box & brought my unit up to proper standards in an 8 hour span - impressive! Every encounter was professional, competent, efficient and timely. And they DID NOT leave me any mess to clean up - Yay! To say I am pleased with their work is an understatement. I would highly recommend them to family, friend, or foe. Thank you Sean & Alex & the wholed Red Cap Team!

Hi I wanted to tell you about our experience with Mr Garvin Washington.
He has a very kind demeanor and he put us at ease with our a/c repair. Everything was explained thoroughly and we were included in every step of the process from billing to complete repair. What a nice man to work with. You should be proud having a team member like him. I WILL BE CALLING BACK FOR MORE SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.
