The employee that came today to fog out our ducts was on time, also, he was very pleasant and did a great job, I am not sure it will help at this time, still have a little smell from the ductwork. The aircondition install that was done by other Red Cap employees was done all in one day and they were very nice as well. Hard working for sure, in the attic for almost 12 hours. Thank you.

After 2 days of a plumbing nightmare from a clogged drain, we called Red Cap. The ladies in the office were so nice even after I had called for the 5th time. They sent out Luis Torres. Wow what a nice guy. He knew exactly what to do. We will be requesting him from now on.

Suppose to be service charge $89, but I was charge $176.
The tech took keypad setup fee $87. He did not even setup right, still blowing hot air.

I had Mike. C.install my water softener and he went above and beyond to install my system. A couple days ago I hired another plumber and he did a poor job And messed up the entire install. Red Cap Plumming aka Super Mike. C got my system up an running with no leaks and patched up the holes the previous plumber made.

They barely looked at my system and quoted me an outrageous price of $7000 to replace my system that did not even need to be replaced. I They were late and didn't honor what their website said about paying the client if they are late. I wouldn't ever call this company again.

Poor scheduling, poor customer service for scheduling appointments that are made and poor communication among all the employees.
Made appointment ahead of time, asked for Morning informed 8- 830am, follow call to confirm stated 830 - 900am then morning of appointment at 830am another employee made statement that they don't schedule time appointments! They would not be there until 10: 30am.
Not very good beginning as first impressions are the most important!

I called at 9: 15 on a Sunday & they did pick up the phone. They called me back about an hour later to send somebody my way.

Anselmo with Red Cap Plumbing was prompt and extremely professional. He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me several repair options before proceeding. I've used them twice now since buying my home and both time they have exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys!

Edited: Anselmo is no longer with them and my next experience was not as good. I paid for two repairs and the tech wasn’t able to resolve either issue. In fairness, he said it may not work but nonetheless I paid. I feel like he also pushed me into a “maintenance plan” add on so $600 later and here I am. Still have the same issues. And to boot they are pretty pricey for what they offer.

Adrian Miranda handled the job with professionalism and skill, getting rid of a nasty main clog in short time. Presented the costs before even beginning the work so my wife and I could choose from the options. No pressure to spend more than required. Very polite and seemed happy to be on the job. The company seemed very reputable and was able to get a tech out, the evening we called, although it was already 6 p.m. When we called.

OMG! What a scam. They told me that it would be a 29 dollar assessment and 99 dollar line cleaning. This was the reason I hired them. They arrive and the cost went to 240 dollars for the line cleaning. They performed the line cleaning and they found sludge in the line (no kidding) and then they told me that it was now going to be 1500 dollars to jet the line and install a clean out to perform that operation. I told them let’s run it again but with run water during the line cleaning. This worked. I am thinking plumbing 101? So, if you need plumbing work done, save yourself time and money by utilizing someone else! This work was done on 2/7/2018.
