RedCoach Luxury Transportation, Orlando FL

06/17/2021 - I booked my ride to Fort Lauderdale to depart at 1: 05 pm. Now it is 1: 45 pm and there is nothing saying that the bus will depart soon. There is NO staff to help! Customers are waiting outside in a very hot day because there is no space inside the lobby. The restroom is dirty and nothing works. I am really disappointed with this service and hopefully I will have a safe trip. Btw, I am not in a rush but I can imagine how other customers would feel if they were. I definitely do NOT recommend this company/service. My first and last time!

Do not rent a car here. They over charged me. Added another driver on my reservation when that person couldn't drive in the state of Florida. Their website doesn't say anything about you having to use their insurance and that you have to pay for the tolls up front. They said the tolls don't take cash. That is a lie! Please I beg you don't rent from here. The customer service is awful as well. I personally saw an employee yelling at a customer who was almost in tears. If I could give zero stars I would.

MR. GREGORY! The best GENTLEMAN, & DRIVER that RedCoach has! Whenever he is driving you know you are getting to the location blessed, on time, and in great spirits! I always bring my service dog, and he always goes out of his way to make sure we all are in good spirits, even bringing my dog water! He makes red coach better! Gooo Mr. Gregory!

We rented a car there and were asked for proof of insurance. We presented the gentleman our insurance card. Apparently that wasn't good enough and wouldn't rent us the car in Orlando on vacation, stranded until we payed an additional 40 dollars a day because we didn't have our declaration page with us.
I called our insurance company to verify.
We were never told nor was any documentation presented to us that a cover page at the time of rental was required to re t our car. Thank God we had our insurance company on our side.

I WOULD LITERALLY GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Do not use this service. You are better off flushing your money down the toilet and getting better value out of it. Horrible horrible. I can’t believe how bad this was. Save yourself the nightmare of using this service please. I hope they go out of business.

Bus was an hour late and the driver was extremely rude towards me and my child.the bus also didn’t have numbered seats, he made us all move around in our seats.

Do NOT take RedCoach! We are still in a pandemic and I am located in one of the worse hotspots in Florida (one of the most high risk states) and all the buses I rode were PACKED! No empty seats. No social distancing. No manadatory testing on site or beforehand. No asking of recent testing results. This was unsafe and I feel trapped. Taking this bus is not worth your life! Thank God I got tested beforehand but I cannot say the same for the people sitting next to and around me. This was the second time I rode RedCoach in my life and they consistently have provided bad service and care more about money than their customers.

P. S. They replied that they "follow" CDC protocol but the buses were NOT cleaned. There was hair from previous passengers on the seats and handles, trash on the ground, and some weird peach colored clump/substance by the arm rest of a passenger's seat across the aisle from me. There was no cleaning in between each stop we took and buses were not cleaned when we transferred in Orlando. Avoid at ALL costs!

The most comfortable bus ride I've ever had! Those reclining seats, wow! I'm not tall, but the leg room is unmatched! Smooth pleasant ride, slept like a baby!

I used to rake the red coach home from college a lot back in the early 2010s. The seats were big, they reclined, had space for your legs and they even had a huge tray/eating space plus outlets on every seat. I took it for the first time in almost 10 years and it was NOTHING like I had before. The seats were cloth, dirty, not leather like before. No leg space whatsoever! Definitely no reclining or anything. I thought I had accidentally gotten on the wrong bus that’s how different it was. It used to be luxury but not anymore, and of course they are still charging you the “luxury “price. It’s such a shame because I really used to enjoy my experience with this company whenever I needed to travel. Now, it’s no different than greyhound in my opinion.

I'm so disappointed with this company! I almost lose my flight yesterday! I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes at Red Coach (Orlando) and I arrived 10 minutes before to close the check in Fort Lauderdale! Worst experience!

The most comfortable bus I’ve traveled on. Amazing customer service — I left my phone in friends car and the driver (Freddy -2707) went above and beyond to help me get it before heading to my destination. I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs to travel. There’s WiFi on the bus and power outlets. Travel first class, the ticket isn’t much more expensive and the seat reclines A LOT.u will sleep very comfortably. Thanks again Freddy!

Right price for fair service. Luxury buses, rid with them during two holidays and they were punctual. Terminal was clean and their staff were helpful with directions to Disney. I have not tried their shuttle service, which can be bought together with the Miami Orlando trip for a small difference.

I’ve been traveling with RedCoach more often this year and I like to thank them for the excellent service offered. I can’t remember how many times i traveled from Ocala or Orlando to Pal Beach, Fort Lauderdale or Miami, anyway, I never had any issue/complain and really recommend. WiFi works good specially if you use your email to login. Cleanliness satisfactory and great AC.

Im really disappointed they offer wi fi but The wi fi don’t work and the electric outlet never work, the driver was rud.

Horrible we waited over 2 hours to even pick up the car and it was hidden fees and I still haven't received my deposit back yet and they have been giving me the run around.never ever again I'll catch uber everywhere before I rent a car from this place. Horrible

I like travelling with Red Coach. Occasionally (like once) I've had to endure a horrible smelling restroom for a 2 hrs ride to Orlando but as soon as we made a stop the bus was back to smelling as clean as it looks.

I had a ticket from Orlando to West Palm Beach booked and when I came to the station yesterday I was told the bus wasn't running because of schedule changes. I hadn't been notified earlier and my ticket was still active and not invalidated. I needed to be at West Palm Beach at a certain time. I called customer service to request a refund and a courtesy ticket to the same destination the next day and was told I could have a refund OR a transfer of ticket to the next day but not both. Even after all of the inconvenience I was told I would have to submit proof of expenses accrued due to RedCoach's failure to notify me of a canceled bus. The person I spoke with on the phone was very condescending and acted as if I had done something wrong when I was literally just asking for a ticket to my destination and refund of my original ticket. I figured this was completely reasonable given the inconvenience of staying in Orlando for an extra night (getting to and from the station, an extra night of accommodation, etc). Why does this simple request require proof beyond the fact that I had a valid ticket and the bus was canceled? I could have gone with another company earlier to get to my destination on time and I wish I had.

Update: When I made the decision this morning to transfer the ticket I was told that it had already been canceled and I would have to pay for a new ticket. The agent at the call center was rude, tried placing blame on me, and hung up on me. This company is completely awful. How they live with themselves after treating people this way is beyond me. Stay away.

Update response to RedCoach comment below: I have never taken the time to write a negative review like this before and it is a direct result of your appalling treatment and lack of customer service. My email on file was correct, that was the first thing I confirmed with the desk when I was told there has been a cancellation where customers were notified. I also got confirmation emails from RedCoach at the time of my purchase and received my ticket by email. So again, trying to avoid responsibility and shift blame to the customer seems to be a recurring theme. You literally couldn’t pay me to travel with your company considering the rudeness and condescension I experienced. The company, instead of trying to help me make the best of an awful situation, went on the defensive and tried to blame me for the incident and added insult to injury. Completely appalling.

Traveled a few times and was welcomed by the drivers. A/c runs well and sometimes very cold which is a plus for Florida. Comfortable real reclyning seats m. Wifi works well i was able to send pictures overseas. Recommend very much.

Bus is always late have travelled from Orlando to Tallahassee and bacl several times bus has only been on time once if the route needs more time then allocate it this is ridiculous. Always a half hour to an hour late

An inexpensive way to go to the airport in Florida from Orlando to Miami to Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee, you'll get where you need to go in all the major cities in Florida. Well, the seating is really luxurious.
