Excellent way to travel intracity by road in Southern USA. We took the journey from Miami to Orlando and the experience has been great. You can book your seats in advance and choose your stops for boarding and getting down. The bus arrives with the clock and reaches the destination perfectly as per plan. Added to it is the very courteous support staff at their lounge and office.

Poor customer service, overpriced, and constantly delayed. Look for alternatives such as Megabus, Grayhound, or Bus Line. Dont waste your money here.
