I had gone into this location a little while ago to the service center as my collision brake sensor was having an issue. When driving in, it was disorganized and no one had come to check in for a good 7-10 minutes. When I asked someone for assistance to at least let them know that I had an appointment, they brushed me off and said someone will be with me, not notating anything or doing a regular check in process that other Nissan locations do. Eventually I was helped out. I explained the situation to her and she ended up being a little rude. She at one point asked if I had kicked my own car or thrown a rock at the brake sensor in the front of the car. I thought that was very unprofessional. Aside from that, the customer expectation was set that I would be hearing from them within an hour or two. I didn’t hear anything for the next 4 hours until I called them. I understand that things can get busy, but don’t set a false expectation for someone, especially with customers. When I was finally able to pick up my car, they told me the issue was fixed and that it was “just the codes. ” As soon as I left, literally leaving the lot, I experienced the same issue. At that point, I was already frustrated and annoyed with the service I received and decided to go elsewhere for the issue. I don’t recommend this location for the repairs on your car. I would either say Reed Nissan in Clermont or the Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood. I’ve had much better experiences at those locations rather than this one.

I am very unhappy with Reed Nissan at this time since May 21st they did a fraudulent inquiry on my credit report and now making me have to do the legwork to get it removed. I have gone back and forth to this location on several occasions to get a so-called letter for me to correct their mistake. Today I finally got a letter and contacted the credit bureaus and was informed that I should not be the one doing this that Reed Nissan should. That they only have to do an electronic removal and this inquiry that they did will come off my credit report immediately. I have asked to speak to managers the only one I keep getting is the gentleman in the finance department who was the one who actually did the inquiry did thIs with an individual who came into their location claiming to be my husband. I'm very displeased and I may never buy another Nissan after this. And if I could I would give a zero star since this thing does not allow you not to put stars on it

I reserved the timing at 11: 00 but the car was ready only at 18: 00. The wait time was long but I am happy that all problems were correctly diagnosed and fixed.

Ashley was soooooo amazing. I will only buy my future cars with her. Didn't waste my time. Straight to the point, picked my car within minutes, looked through numbers and signed within 2 hours. Thank you Ashley:) This girl truly ROCKS! I'm a Nissan fan.

The salesman is very pushy, gave clear intentions that I was looking and not gonna make a purchase 4 different times just to be ignored. When I wanted to leave kept saying we have a deal. Then brought a sales manger over to try and close the deal after telling him once again that I was not buying the manger continued to speak over me, when I finally said I was leaving became rude and would not shake my hand. The whole experience was very off putting. From a customer stand point he didn’t build rapport nor even ask my name

I bought my car from Reed Nissan, I moved far from the area and I have been trying to get an oil change and tires for about a one month now. The Nissan next to my house couldn’t do the service and I had to drive to another Nissan to do the service but unfortunately none of them could take it. The oil and tire service was paid for when I bought the car. They wanted me to make an appointment. Only Reed Nissan could take me as a walk in. I have been everywhere in the world and I know that simple service like oil and tires don’t need an appointment especially when you’re under the warranty and it’s a big company or dealer like Nissan. I’m not going to hurt my car or its engine waiting for an appointment for an oil change I already paid for.

I called last week asking about the recall they sent me via mail about my car. Customer service put me on hold for a long time and then anpother person took the call who did not know anything about my request. He was short with me and had very nasty attitude.

So happy I bought my car here. Always get it serviced here as well. They have always been super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Jeffrey if you are looking for a new car! He was so great helping me however he could. My baby was with me and very fussy the ENTIRE time. Screaming at the top of his lungs at times making an arleady slightly stressful situation 100x worse. Several of the salesmen offered help at times. Jeffrey did everything he could to try to help with my fussy baby situation and get me what I wanted with my new car. I will definately go to him again when I am ready for the next car.

Ok my uncle has a really nice dodge ram that he purchased from Reed Nissan, i went to dodge to have scheduled maintenance, but dodge say's the wait 3 1/2 to 4 hrs, well i love my life and didn't want to be wasting away, so i went to Reed Nissan 1hr very nice people, courteous and they speak plan English that i can understand about my uncle's vehicle. Thanks Reed Nissan ill be back for a tire rotation.

We had a appointment for oil change? It was for 11: 00 and when we arrive we were told oil change is on first come first serve why was i told I needed a appointment we had to wait an hr and a half if we were told first come first serve we would arrive first thing in the morning

Great customer service by our sales guy David Ryan and Jay. I went in looking for a rogue with specific stuff and they made it happen. I would recommend them to everyone. My only thing is they need more space to sit.

Their service department and service manager does noy not care went for tire leaking. Air second time they could not find problem. Mind u i have a warranty on they. Took it to action gator they found it called service manager said not his problem if they cant find the problem so tell me why someone else could but they cant its because they dont care or take their time to help their customer

I had the greatest team work from Ally Chavers and JB Allen and Brian, Semo and Johnny B and they all helped me get everything done in my new truck and make sure it was top of the line. Reed Nissan has the very best employees and assistance given bar none than anywhere I ever bought a vehicle. Praise them all I do.

Bought my new 2018 Nissan Rogue here quick and easy. Gave me $11000 trade in on my 2013 Nissan Juke. Friendly people will miss them too but I will still come to see them they gave me a year of free oil changes and filled my gas tank up twice. Worked on my Juke oil changes and fixed front brakes great price very quick.
