Worse car dealer to actually get a car in me and my husband recently purchased an x6 with 70k miles on it and 3 months later my water pump and my radiator goes bad now they don’t want to help me fix it when they told us we had warranty this place is horrible

I had 2nd thoughts about Coming into Nissan because it was a big dealer but I step out on faith my wife did a review but I wanted to do my own reviews and tell about my outside experience. I had a chance to talk with Hicham La'dari and test drive the truckand go over all the components of the used truck he made sure it was something I wanted he made that 2nd thought go away thanks Hicham La'dari I really thank you and will be back soon Nissan you have a great team player.

Reed Nissan helped me get the vehicle i was looking for. Jay Velasquez and Kelvine Morales both got me to the payments that I liked and took my old beaten car and gave me a great price for it. Kriss Williams and Cindy explained the finance part very clearly. I thank them all for guiding me in this process.

I went into Nissan to look for a nice truck Hicham la'dari was great as soon as I walked up he had a smile and made me feel welcomed. Got sweet talked into trying to trade in my car just to get shut down again. I alerted them I wouldn't have the credit score (because of the last time i tried to upgrade my car through reed they ran my credit score through the mud to try an make a trade) but they insisted I try so they can get me a lower payment on a new car needless to say they couldn't again. Don't let them BS you if you know u don't have the score to do it or if ur your tring to building your score not worth it.
