The service by representative Muika at Rimowa was simply exceptional. I am an international traveller with experience of luxury brands and I can honestly say Muika provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Rimowa as a brand is also very unique in terms of how efficiently they handle damaged or broken bags. I had two of my Rimowa bags damaged on transit that needed urgent repair before my next flight. Muika handled the entire process with efficiency, care with the entire repair process only took 24 hours. Muika and the repair team at the Miami store went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. So much so, my mother has become a Rimowa fan and has vowed to purchase their entire luggage set the next time we are in Miami! Thank you once again Muika.

I had older Rimowa suitcases that needed repaired, including a crack and new wheels. I called and dealt with Elvis Rosa. He was extremely professional and helpful and guided me through the steps to send and repair my suitcases. He was kind, quick and soon I had my luggage back looking better than ever.

I visited this place during a 3hr layover. Had a problem with one of my wheels. They repaired it in less than 30 minutes and even adjusted a few other mall issues. This company really stands behind their work. Thanks Rimowa!

Incredible customer service. I had a broken piece on my luggage that I bought in Montreal. I arrived when the store hours were closed. They opened the store and fix the bag free of charge.

Had a problem with the locker of one of my Rimowa luggage and went to the store to leave it there and maybe pick it up a couple of days later. For my surprise the sales associate, Carlos Ramirez backed up by the other associate John, replaced both lockers right away. I mean, REALLY right away because it took less than 5 minutes and no need to fill forms and so.

That’s the way to build and sustain a brand.

Quality and reliability are attributes expected when you deal with RIMOWA. My Topas Siver had a severely damaged wheel that ripped from the metal casing. Not knowing what to expect in terms of repair Elvis and the team at RIMOWA made the process of repair and replacement uncomplicated through follow up communication and explanation of options. Treating your customers right goes a long way. Exceptional Customer Service.

WHat a nice service these people have. I have a Rimowa for 6 years. The repaired it at no cost and brought it to my house by themselves. If you need a rimowa buy it here. Besides that, the quality of their bags are great.

I knew that Rimowa was great luggage when I purchased a Salsa case five years ago. Now I can confirm that Rimowa customer serve is equally great. I recently sent my suitcase to the Miami store for repair. Communication was super and my repair was done quickly. Elvis and Andrea are the best!

Super friendly customer service and great attention to detail. Brought in a Rimowa for repair (which AA broke on a transatlantic flight) and they repaired it as a courtesy. Most amazing luggage accompanied by wonderful friendly staff and service.
