Roadmaster Drivers School of Jacksonville, Inc. reviews
25I love the experience here at Roadmaster Driving School and NeSha Lewis & Ana Byrd have supported me tremendously, without them, I would be lost. I love what this school represents and the education I've received is priceless. It would not be the same without the name above and the following names; Mr. Troy, Mr. Stand, Mr. Matt, Mr. Robert, Mr. ROYCE, Mr. Ray, Mr. Williams, Ms. Auvi, Mr. Charlie, Mr. Haak. Thank You So Much! Now I am confident to venture out in this new career path.
Ms. Nesha Lewis, Ms. Anna, Mr. Troy, Matt, Rob and the recruiter staff Ms. Kathy were actually awesome since the very beginning of my enrollment process.
With the only exception of one instructor (Mr. Bob) that had a little bit of too much temper from time to time, and that might affect the whole reputation of the great effort that you guys at Roadmaster is trying to sell out. But the overall experience was really great.
My Roadmaster experience was very pleasant. Troy and the other trainers were very accommodating, professional and personable. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my disability. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my training.
I was referred here to get my,
CDL, s.it's been a few years
Since I had mines so I need a refresher course.
Great place, knowledgeable and experienced instructors and staff, top notch equipment, I highly recommend Roadmaster to anyone wishing to learn to drive a tractor trailer.
Roadmaster in Jacksonville, Fl is run by Stan and Troy. They gave me all the tools and experience needed to obtain my CDL. The staff here loves what they do and truly want to help change your life for the better. A great experience overall.
Amazing school, very fast paced, everyone here is beyond helpful. Accelerated course got me my cdl in 3.5 weeks
Couldnt be happier with my experience here! Shake and bake
I love everything about Roadmasters. The training is great. The staff is great. If you come to school daily ready to learn, you will achieve greatly at Roadmasters. Troy and Stan are going to make sure you have all the knowledge you need before you leave the school.
I had lots of fun and the instructors were nice & very knowledgeable. Be prepared to be standing in the hot sun almost all day tho, put on ur sunscreen.
Very good experience, to all the instructors thanks for time and patience you all have everyday with every one.you go a hundred percent and then some. Thanks
Stan was a great manager and in facilitating my time at the school. He was a little tough sometimes but it was for my benefit. I appreciate him and his entire staff at roadmaster. Stan, Troy, matt and Robert never gave up on me when I gave up on myself. Thank you all.
This is accelerated learning, Be ready to learn alot in 3-4 weeks.
I went to the Jacksonville Florida location. They enforce a professional dress and attitude rule.
Thank you to Instructors Brian, Robert, Kevin, and Ray for pushing me to pass and obtaining my CDL.
Roadmaster was a great experience. They were very professional and kept us all safe during these trying times. Social distancing was enforced and minds were put at ease. The expectations of the students are very well known and Roadmaster instructors and administrators hold up their end fully. Be on time with willingness to learn and you will have a great experience. As for the instruction, there are a handful of expert drivers that have a way of relating to each student individually and adapting to each unique person. Matt was amazing and I credit him with preparing me for my exam and really teaching me the basics of maneuvering the truck and being able to know how it will move. Brian really taught some great techniques that only experience can bring and made it easy to understand. Royce showed us how to drive a truck on the road and every minute spent with that man was a pleasure. Thanks to these three I was more than prepared and confident and was able to pass my exam on the first try. Stan and Troy really care about the students and want all of us to succeed. NeShea was amazing at keeping us well informed and on the right path career wise. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a CDL class A.
I have been taught by the best and guided by very patient individuals. The process was easy within enrollment, and made a CDL holder in a short time.
I had a grueling and great time at Roadmaster. I didn't pick it up as fast as the others but, the trainers never gave up on me. I want to publicly thank you guys for not giving up on me and being as vested in my success as I were. I'll never forget that and it says alot about the integrity and character of your institution. Thank you again
Very good school to get your class a CLD

I want to explain that a certain instructor went above and beyond his call duty that was instructor
troy harden he saved me from becoming a statistic
It has been amazing. This team wants you to be successful. I could not have done this with out them.
They pushed me when I was tired and ready to give up and never stopped believing in me. I am a professional driver now because of this school and all it’s staff.
I had a great month at Roadmaster in Jacksonville, FL. Friendly and experienced instructors who only want to help you get your CDL.
I was extremely pleased with the training and staff. Rich was a great advisor to get me all signed up, the school manager Stan is awesome and the training supervisor and the instructors (Troy, Kevin, William, Charlie, Ray, Royce, Brian, Bob and Rob) will do everything they can to teach you what you need to get your CDL and pass the state exam. They also have tons of real world experience and will gladly share that with you. My advice to new students: It's up to you to succeed, the tools and knowledge are all there. Hang out with and talk to the positive students that are excited to be there, ignore the negative complainers (there will always be a few but most seem to come around after the first week). Met some great people and made a few new friends! One final tip: Keep your phone in your pocket! ;)
