Daniel was great! Anyone shopping at this location should ask for him. He was attentive, gave me space to look around, and has great imagination for furniture placement.

Dresser that was purchased was delivered damaged. Were told to keep the piece while they ordered a replacement, which was 2 weeks later. 2nd dresser showed up damaged and left again with no replacement date. Contact customer service was given no resolve or way to resolve besides they are looking into the matter of replacement which would be until the end of February. We again attempted to reach our sales rep, but only told they do not handle replacement. Then, without prior notice besides a text right before delivery that a truck is arriving at our home, yet we were out of town. They marked us "Refuse delivery". So we are stuck with damaged furniture and no resolve and to make it worse they reported this to our credit card company so that we cannot dispute the charge. Basically, damaged furniture for full price and still not one call from customer service to resolve the issue. Poor service, communication, and attempt to satisfy a situation.

I ordered a Queen size mattress and box spring on Friday. The sales man Jeff said, “ I can get it to you Monday between 7-9 am. ” Never did he mention that there was a set up fee. I received a voicemail Sunday, saying that my mattress and box spring would be delivered today between 9am-1pm. Then I received another phone call saying that they wanted to change my delivery time again 1-4pm. I guess rooms to go thinks people don’t have things to do. I was told they would leave it at the door if I left. Okay cool. I called told them that I had left to my appointment and told them they could leave it at the door as I was told to tell them this way I wouldn’t be charged the set up fee. That is not the case at all I’m very unhappy for the first time with RTG. The worst is I got them on sale for Presidents’ Day and I threw my old box spring and mattress out thinking I’d have my new box spring and mattress. Thanks RTG for nothing!

Jeff was so helpful and patient with us trying to figure out if the couch we wanted would fit while also trying to keep our 3 kids quiet/still LOL and trying to find service with a metal roof! He was awesome! Sandy is the best in kids in our opinion! We always ask for her! She has always been so helpful, sweet, and patient when purchasing our kids bedroom set. This was our 3rd time ordering with her!

Make sure what you get you're gonna love and not need to take back. We had fine experiences both times with the sales people, but refunds are impossible.

Jeff was very friendly and understood my needs and what I wanted. I ended up buy a bedroom set for my son that was in the price range I was looking for. I would have gave this store 5 stars but I had a pushy sales rep when I first got there that was trying to get me to buy a used mattress but with the help of Jeff I got a new mattress for less that the under the cost Sun tried to get me to buy. Overall I had a happy ending

This store has been my go to furniture store for years. Ben was so helpful in helping to find the right ottoman for my couch that I bought from here a few years back. Really great service here!

Gilbert Rodriguez was the best and most professional sales person in this store. Not only did he explained everything in detail, he was caring and gave his honest opinion towards the products. If you really want to go to this store and want to find someone that is really efficient, go to this Rooms To Go and ask for Gilbert Rodriguez. Wonderful Experience!

Sun Reed was an excellent sales person. She gave us time to browse with no pressure. She took her time helping us decide even though it was the end of the night. I am thinking about adding pillows and a rug and she offered to help design. I plan to go back to her for assistance. I recommend this location, ask for Sun.

I bought a mattress here that was very soft and plush at the store. When they brought this mattress to my house it was hard as a rock. And no refunds! It was so awful I had to sleep on the couch. They gave me a new mattress after I complained I was given a totally different mattress. I now have a less hard as a rock mattress but not what I tried on at the store. A total misrepresentation and the mattress was about $1.300. No refunds no nothing everything they advertise is not true at all!

I would advice everyone to not buy mattress here at all. They also charge to remove the old mattress. Just go to sams club to get a better mattress. They pick up the old mattress for free and deliver the new one for free. I could’ve saved $$$$.

Rooms to go has the best furniture and I can’t say enough about Sun! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She is patient especially when there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from. Highly recommend this store.ask for Sun ️
