Would never buy from Rooms To Go ever again. Recently my wife and I came in to Rooms To Go to pick out furniture for the entire house. After spending $7500 the anticipation of the delivery was building. At the first delivery attempt about 90% of the furniture was damaged. We were told to just live with it the way it is and replacement peaces were on the way. During the second delivery only 50% was damaged or not manufactured correctly. We again called to rectify this situation and were told they will send out a technician to "look at it". At this point I'm tired of "looking at it" myself and wish I never purchased anything to begin with. I came in to the store and spoke to Igna Kaczmarek the store manager wanting to just return everything and be done with it. Igna pointed to the fine print on the receipt and said it's just furniture. Igna said they never except returns and that is that. Think twice before spending a small fortune on furniture at Rooms To Go because your fairy tail of what you think the new furniture may look like in your house may be crushed with poor quality, damage and terrible customer service with finger pointing at the fine print.
