Horrible. Debating whether to go back. I've never been told by a salesperson I have three people in front of you so ill be back as soon as i can. Also the salesperson, Carol, ignored the fact that she told me to come in and the amount i wanted to spend.

Sales associate's don't hound you and are very knowledgeable. Over all I had an excellent shopping/buying experience.

We bought a sofa from Rooms to Go just under two years ago. Right after the one year warranty ended the sofa started peeling in multiple spots. After several visits and complaints Rooms to Go was unwilling to do ANYTHING to help. We had purchased the plan that covers stain protection but it also wouldn’t do anything. Do NOT buy from Rooms to Go! Horrible product quality!

Huge selection of quality furniture! Be sure to ask for “The Best Sales Representative” AJ when you visit. He made shopping for a mattress so easy, by listening to my concerns and requirements and then made his knowledgeable recommendations based on that.

He is friendly, thorough and extremely professional, knows what customer service is and will go above and beyond to take care of you! If only every sales representative and purchase was this easy!
