26My bedroom furniture smells. They did not do anything about it. Spent over 8,000 and feel really terrible. All they said they could do was change it for the same furniture which would smell the same. The salesman said that if we were not satisfied he would have them change it. We went personally a couple of days after. He said they would send someone for the mechanism noise and we told the guy about the smell. They sent him almost 3 weeks after we went to the store to complain. Most of the time I sleep I the livingroom. This was our 50th Anniversary present. TERRIBLE. WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN
We are not online shoppers when it comes to furniture selection. We saw an ad in the Palm Beach Post and went to the store on Okeechobee Blvd.and were greeted by Chad. We could not be more pleased with the selection of sleeper sofas and Chad's help in choosing the right one for our needs. The price was within our budget and the delivery arrangements could not be easier. Chad also give us the name of a local charity which picked up our old couch for free. We'll shop at Rooms To Go in the future.
I’ve never had such a bad experience with any other furniture places. They delivered our living room and bedroom sets with missing headboard without telling us that it was out of stock. One of the tables came with the wrong base and the box spring for the mattress was damaged in one corner. Will never buy from this place again.
I researched on line but needed to see colors in person. My sales associate Beth Mainello was lovely, friendly, and professional. She lead me right to the items I was looking for. The whole experience was fast and easy. I've bought from Rooms To Go before and will again.
Twenty yrs ago bought leather couch & loveseat at RTG. Both are still in great condition. New home needed a more formal look in living room.
Our many questions on two separate visits were answered with a friendly smile.
